Welcome,

I'm Bethany and I'm honored to guide you today.

This time is for you to soften,

To reconnect,

And to remember your natural state of wholeness.

This practice is an invitation to connect with your sacral chakra,

The energy center just below your navel associated with creativity,

Flow,

Emotion,

And pleasure.

As always,

You are welcome to move at your own pace.

You may pause,

Adjust,

Or explore in a way that honors what feels right for you.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.

Let it flow easily and gently,

Like water.

Notice how it moves in and out of your body without effort.

Now,

Slowly shift your attention to the space just below your belly button.

This is the home of your sacral chakra.

You might imagine a soft,

Glowing orange light radiating from this space.

There is no need to force an image,

Just feel into the warmth of it.

Now,

I invite you to softly say inwardly,

Hello,

To any parts of me that live in this space.

These may be parts that hold vulnerability,

Desire,

Joy,

Shame,

Or emotional intensity.

You might sense parts that long for connection or parts that have learned to hold back.

You're just bringing curiosity to whatever wants to show up.

Let them know you're here.

Let them know that you're just listening.

You might ask,

With curiosity and openness,

What are you afraid would happen if I allowed more feeling or expression?

What are you protecting me from?

What do you need in order to feel safe or welcome here?

Breathe with whatever arises.

There is no need to fix or change anything.

Simply offer your presence and listening,

Your curiosity and calm.

I invite you to consider imagining the orange light of the sacral chakra gently holding these parts,

Offering warmth,

Softness,

And space.

If it feels right,

Invite any stuck or stagnant energy in this area to begin to move.

You might visualize it like water,

Slowly loosening and flowing down,

Releasing into the earth through your hips,

Pelvis,

Legs,

And feet.

Allow the sacral chakra to become more fluid,

More open,

Maybe even a little more alive.

With each breath,

Invite more spaciousness.

With each breath,

Invite more connection.

With each breath,

Invite more trust in your body's ability to feel and flow.

Now,

You may gently say to yourself and your parts,

It's safe to feel.

It's safe to flow.

It's safe to be me.

It's safe to be me.

My emotions are sacred.

My pleasure is my power.

I honor the waters within me.

Let these affirmations settle into your body.

Allow your breath to deepen into this space.

You are reclaiming the rhythm of your current,

Your own inner current and flow.

You are invited to take a few more moments to rest into this open,

Softened space.

Let this orange light continue to gently glow below your navel.

Let yourself receive the nourishment of being present with yourself.

If you'd like,

You may gently place a hand over your lower belly,

Offering yourself comfort and tenderness.

Just breathe here.

Feel.

Trust.

This space within you is yours,

And it is sacred.

You may stay here as long as you'd like,

Or you may begin to take that journey back to the present moment.

May you carry the steadiness,

The openness,

And the connection you cultivated here into the rest of your day.

Trust that your inner wisdom is always with you,

Ready to meet you with tenderness and strength.

Whenever you are ready,

You can bring your awareness back to your breath,

Fluttering your eyes open.
