This meditation is for those who feel fragmented or at war within themselves. It guides you to integrate the different aspects of your inner landscape—clarity and receptivity, structure and flow, masculine and feminine—into coherent wholeness. Through breath, body awareness, and gentle affirmations, you'll cultivate the inner peace that comes from being intact within yourself—a steady presence you carry into all expressions of love and intimacy. Welcome to Be With Melinda.

Take a moment to arrive.

You're here,

You're enough,

And you're keeping sacred peace.

This meditation is for healing divine union.

Begin by noticing your breath,

Simply sensing where it lands.

Let it settle lower than the chest,

Into the belly and the pelvis,

And your steadiness.

Sacred peace is something you live from,

A steady presence that stays with you.

As you breathe,

Bring gentle awareness to your heart,

Feeling it as it is.

Then sense the ground beneath you,

Your body,

Your weight,

And your being supported.

Divine union asks that your body,

Heart,

And attention stay together.

Sense the inner masculine,

Clarity,

Structure,

And direction,

And the inner feminine,

Receptivity,

Intuition,

And flow.

Allow them to exist together,

Side by side,

In shared space.

If tension,

Longing,

Or grief is present,

Welcome it into awareness.

Peace lives here as companionship with what is real.

Love slows down.

Connection remains centered.

Silently say,

I remain intact in love.

I stay rooted in myself.

Union arises from wholeness.

Stay with the breath.

Let your nervous system register safety,

Grounding,

And ease.

Sacred peace expresses itself as self-honoring presence.

When you're ready,

Take one final breath,

Slow and steady,

And gently return.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

May the peace you touched here continue to hold you,

In your body,

In your boundaries,

And in every expression of love that follows.

You
