This short morning practice helps you begin the day aligned with your highest self—steady, clear, and intact. Rather than pushing for motivation or fixing how you feel, this meditation guides you into grounded presence first. From there, clarity naturally follows. It’s designed for mornings when your energy feels scattered, your mind feels busy, or you want to move forward without self-abandonment.

Welcome.

You've arrived at the beginning of the day.

Before everything is clear.

Before everything is asked of you.

You're welcome here.

Take a moment to feel where your body is supported.

The surface beneath you.

The steadiness already holding you.

Let your attention rest there.

Just resting.

Just being supported.

Notice the rhythm of your breathing.

In and out.

Allow a few breaths to pass naturally.

Breath moving on its own.

Nothing to guide.

As the day begins to gather itself,

You can arrive first.

You can take this moment before moving on.

Bring awareness gently toward the center of your chest.

Not to look for anything and not to decide.

Just to sense.

This is the place we most recognize.

Our direction before our action.

We begin with a single word from the sacred Hebrew language.

Hineni.

Which means,

Here I am.

If you like,

Whisper it softly or within.

Hineni.

Let the sound of the word settle.

Let it move through you in its own way.

You are being met here.

Notice what steadies when presence is named without being rushed.

Bring awareness now to your feet.

Feel them meeting the ground.

Quiet and available.

Bring awareness to your hands.

Notice their warmth.

Their readiness.

They don't need to act yet.

Bring your awareness to your belly.

The place where movement often begins.

Let it soften.

Let it be at ease.

From the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.

Feel yourself here.

Hineni.

Here I am.

You don't need the whole picture and you don't need certainty.

Orientation is enough for now.

Let attention gather gently without effort and without hurry.

When it feels natural,

Quietly say,

I move from alignment.

Let that settle.

Take one gentle breath.

Not to energize and not to prepare.

Just to mark this moment.

One more gentle breath.

Carry this presence with you as the day begins to unfold.

With steadiness.

With openness.

With sacred vitality.
