Welcome to this Kabbalah meditation for the month of Pisces,
Known in the Hebrew calendar as Adar.
In Kabbalistic wisdom,
Adar is the month of joy.
It reminds us that even during challenging times,
Blessings may be closer than we realize.
The invitation of this month is to open to wonder,
Gratitude,
And the goodness that is already present in your life.
Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in.
And a slower breath out.
Again,
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Imagine yourself sitting beneath a great tree.
Its roots reach deep into the earth.
Its branches stretch toward the sky.
The tree stands alive with possibility.
Nourished by the same life force that flows through you.
Feel the support of the Earth beneath you.
Feel yourself settling into this moment.
Bring awareness to your heart.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Notice the simple gift of being here.
In Adar,
We are reminded that joy is not something we chase.
It's something we allow ourselves to receive.
Often the blessings we seek are already present.
Waiting to be noticed.
Ask yourself.
What goodness is already present in my life?
What brings lightness to my heart?
What blessing am I ready to receive?
There is no need to force an answer.
Simply listen.
Imagine a gentle light filling your heart.
With each breath,
That light expands.
Feel gratitude.
Feel possibility.
Feel the quiet joy of being alive in this moment.
Take a slow breath in and silently repeat.
I welcome joy into my life.
As you breathe out,
I trust in life's hidden blessings.
Again,
I welcome joy into my life.
I trust in life's hidden blessings.
Feel the roots beneath you.
Feel the branches above you.
Feel yourself connected to the great tree of life and to the abundance flowing through all creation.
Take one final deep breath.
Offer gratitude for the blessings you can see and the blessings still on their way.
When you're ready,
Gently return your awareness to the room and slowly open your eyes.
May this month of Adar fill your heart with joy,
Your spirit with gratitude.
And your path with unexpected blessings.
Shalom.
You
