Welcome to Be With Melinda.
Today we will create a sacred space for family healing.
Whether your family connections bring comfort or challenge,
Whether they are near or far,
Known or unknown,
Your soul chose them for a reason.
In this meditation we will open to healing with both our birth family and our soul family.
We'll invite the angelic guides who oversee family bonds to surround us with light,
Balance,
And love.
Take this time for yourself.
Breathe,
Soften,
And allow your soul to receive.
Close your eyes now,
Beloved heart.
Bring your breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Take a deep breath in,
Drawing life force from the earth below.
Feel it rise up through your body.
Release the breath through the crown of your head,
Offering it back to the heavens.
Let's do that again.
Inhale from the earth,
Exhale through the crown.
This is earth energy stabilizing and connecting you with your birth family.
Now shift awareness to your crown.
Breathe in from above the cosmic flow of divine energy.
Let it move down through your body,
Exhaling through your feet.
Heaven and earth now meet within you.
Take two more breaths like this.
Bring your hands to your belly near your navel,
The place where you were once connected in the womb.
Take three slow breaths here.
Inhale life,
Exhale fear.
You are safe.
You are surrounded in love.
Now invite the angelic guardians of family.
Softly say,
Bring me my angelic guide.
And the guides will guide you.
The guides of those family members with whom I seek healing.
Feel them enter,
Strengthening your spine,
Filling the space with protection.
Call in the family members you wish to meet with now.
As they appear before you in light.
Safe,
Supported,
Soul to soul.
See your heart glowing gold.
Shine that light toward theirs.
Watch their heart glow in return.
Beloved heart,
Speak now.
Say what needs to be said.
Hear truth flows without judgment.
All is heard.
All is understood.
Now listen.
Allow your family members to speak to you in return.
Hear their words.
Feel their love.
Let the energy move through you.
If tears come,
Let them.
This is a sacred release.
When the messages feel complete,
Thank them.
Thank your family.
See the angelic guides encircle all of you in golden light.
They remind you why your souls came together.
See the light cleanse old patterns.
Reset every bond.
And bring harmony.
Now your family returns to their own place.
Guided in love.
You remain with your own angelic guide.
Thank them for always being with you.
Always guiding you.
Take a deep breath.
Roll your shoulders.
Shake out your hands.
Gently.
Come back to your body.
Know that this work is seen and honored in the realms of light.
You are applauded for choosing healing.
Place your hands over your heart.
Feel the warmth expand.
Encircle yourself with love.
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Awake.
