Welcome,
My name is Elli.
I am a transformation guide,
Somatic practitioner,
Yoga teacher and energy healer based in Bali.
After 15 years in the corporate tech world and two burnouts,
I turned towards the healing arts.
I now help high achieving professionals and conscious leaders reconnect with their body's wisdom,
Release stored tension and restore balance through embodied healing practices like myofascial release yoga,
Breath work and energy work.
My work bridges the practical with the spiritual and I'm really glad you are here.
Let's come into the final piece of this practice,
A few minutes of stillness in savasana.
Please find your comfortable position,
Place any props under your body or on top of your body and then allow stillness to arrive.
Take some conscious exhales,
Allow to relax deeper with every exhale and then be carried by the sounds.
Take a slow inhale in and allow that to sigh out.
One more very slow inhale,
Expand your upper body.
Allow that to fall out.
Come back to your day-to-day breathing.
Introduce movements in your fingers,
Toes,
Ankles,
Wrists,
Arms,
Legs,
Maybe come into a full body stretch,
Maybe bring your knees into your chest for a hug,
Maybe a gentle rocking.
If it feels right for you,
You can also come over to the right side of your body into embryo,
Taking a few more nourishing breaths here.
Use your next inhale to make your way up into a seated position,
Keep your eyes closed as you do that.
Settle into your seated position and check in with yourself.
Feel the aftermath of this practice,
Feel the shifts in your physical body.
Your emotional body,
Your mind,
Your energy.
Observe what has shifted and bring your palms into a prayer position in front of your chest,
Bow your forehead down to your fingers in gratitude of this practice of yoga,
In gratitude of yourself for having shown up for yourself and in gratitude of something else that you can add that you're grateful for today.
And then you can inhale in,
Lift your head and exhale,
Open your eyes,
Release your palms.
