Hi,
My name is Ellie.
I want to explain to you what Myofascial Release Yoga is.
With that type of yoga where you need one or two balls,
Most of the time two balls,
Kind of like release balls,
Anything palm size is good.
You can have a cook ball or a tennis ball,
Whatever you have at home,
Two of those is what you need.
And what Myofascial Release Yoga does is by applying your body on those balls,
You're creating kind of like an pressure on your body that really helps you to release the tension that you're holding in that specific spot but also in your entire body because we are working on the fascia tissue which is big web that runs through your entire body.
So wherever you work on,
You're always impacting your entire system.
What I see most people benefit from is when they apply myofascial release on a regular basis and can really treat the chronic pain in the jaw,
In the neck,
The shoulder,
The lower back,
Maybe your calves or your feet.
Whenever you feel constant tension,
That body part really needs attention and myofascial release can be extremely beneficial.
For that region and it's super effective.
This practice is also absolutely beginner friendly.
There are no complicated asanas or whatsoever.
You work with your body,
With your body weight that we apply to the different balls in the different regions.
You work with the gravity,
Your breath and patience and that's all you need.
So you don't need to know anything about myofascial release or yoga in general in order to be able to benefit from this practice.
And it's really shown that people benefit not just from releasing the tension,
But also in general to feel lighter,
To feel calmer,
To increase their range of motion,
Recover from surgeries,
To support the scar tissue there.
Athletes even explain that they have increased performance.
So it has an overall really big benefit in your entire life.
And it only takes a few minutes a day You don't need to do a full one hour class in order to feel the benefits.
It's immediate.
So if that's interesting to you and inviting,
You want to explore it,
Feel free to come to my profile,
