Source Abundance From Within

Today’s mediation is an invitation to feel abundance from within. Repeat the phrase, “I connect with the God presence within me as the Source of my abundance” to know that everything you desire is already within you.

This meditation is guided in the begining and end, with a time for reflection in between.

Transcript

Find yourself in a comfortable position.

Settle your hips.

Settle your shoulders.

And become aware of your breath.

Focus as you inhale to a count of four.

And focus as you exhale to a count of four.

Continue counting your breaths.

Four in.

Four out.

Four in.

Four out.

Four out.

Four in.

Four out.

As you let go of counting your breaths,

Let yourself breathe naturally,

Feeling your body relax.

And begin to notice how your body feels in this moment.

Is it easy to relax?

Do you notice any tension?

And if you do,

Simply take a moment on each body part and just guide it softly into a space of ease.

And as your body relaxes and your mind opens,

For the rest of the meditation as the music plays softly,

Simply repeat or ponder this thought.

I connect with the God Presence within me as the source of my abundance.

I connect with the God Presence within me as the source of my abundance.

Allow this thought and this music to guide you.
