Find yourself in a comfortable position.
Settle your hips.

And become aware of your breath.
Focus as you inhale to a count of four.
And focus as you exhale to a count of four.
Continue counting your breaths.
Four in.

Four in.
Four out.
As you let go of counting your breaths,
Let yourself breathe naturally,
Feeling your body relax.
And begin to notice how your body feels in this moment.
Is it easy to relax?
Do you notice any tension?
And if you do,
Simply take a moment on each body part and just guide it softly into a space of ease.
And as your body relaxes and your mind opens,
For the rest of the meditation as the music plays softly,
