Take a deep breath anchoring yourself into this beautiful day,

As you breathe in the light,
Love of the room that surrounds you.
Exhale and release and let go any tensions that are holding you back.
Breathe in divine energy and love and exhale and release any negativity and feelings and experiences.
Breathe in love and exhale fear.
Breathe in love and exhale fear.
As you stay in this beautiful cycle of breathing in the highest energy that surrounds you,
Allow any dark clouds or feelings or emotions that have been holding you back to just flow out of your exhale.
And as you focus on your breath,
Allow your body to sink deeper and deeper into your space,
Into my voice and into this moment.
Feel your feet get heavier.
Feel your shins and your calves get heavier.
Feel your thighs get heavier.
Feel your hips get heavier.
Feel your chest and your back get heavier.
Your arms get heavier.
Your shoulders get heavier.
Your jaw gets heavier.

I want you to visualize yourself stepping out of your body.

Allow your form to leave your body in whichever way it shows you.
And see the door to your house.
Feel yourself float over to the door and open it.
As you open the door and look outside,
You see a lush jungle that surrounds you.
Take a moment and just connect to the vibrancy and the energy of this space.
Notice the colors,
The smells,
The sounds that surround you.
And as you do so,
Everything disappears behind you and you are in this lush,
Beautiful,
Expansive environment.
And allow your feet to settle into this ground.
Feeling connected to everything and all things.
A unity and a oneness flows through you.
And as you're standing there,
Before your eyes,
A beautiful carpet comes flying down to land at your feet.
See the colors and patterns,
The tassels,
But it feels like an invitation for you to step on and to go on this beautiful journey together.
And as you allow yourself to sit or stand or lie on this carpet,
It rises from the ground and you begin to float over this beautiful landscape.
You take a moment and just be present for all that you see.
Whether it's mountains or rivers,
Waterfalls or animal life.
As you travel across this beautiful,
Lush forest,
You're drawn to the horizon where you see a door.
And the door opens up before you and you fly through.
And you enter a beautiful opportunity to see and expand into your future.
All your dreams and desires.
And so as you float along,
You see the first vision appear.
And this represents your life three months from now.
Take a moment and slow down on the carpet just to watch the scene unfold for you.
Where are you three months from this moment?
What is happening in your life?
And then feel the carpet begin to move below you as you float to the next scene,
Which is where your life is six months from now.
Allowing the magic of this space,
This carpet,
Your dreams to unfold.
Bring yourself up to whatever this vision is,
No matter how big or how small.
As the carpet moves below you and you travel a little further into this light,
Into this magical experience.
See the vision of one year from now.
Again,
Receive without judgment,
Simply allowing all that can be to flow in and through and around you as you visualize your life one year from now in this enchanted place of magic and love.
Then the carpet moves gently into the next vision and here it really,
Truly opens you up to your truest potential.
For everything you've been asking or desiring,
For everything that you have placed on a vision board or in your journal.
Here in this moment,
The universe is granting you everything you have ever dreamed of.
And before you ignite this beautiful vision of your life five years from now,
Having achieved everything you've ever set out to achieve.
Feel and see and sense what that feels like.
