Hello my beautiful soul.

Welcome to my sleep time meditation.

My name is Anumiha Upalgur and today while you go to sleep we're going to be working on self-confidence and self-worth on a subconscious level.

We begin with you taking a slow easy breath in and exhale.

Let your body begin to melt into the space beneath you.

Let the muscles soften.

Let the mind quiet down gently and naturally.

There is nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to be.

This moment exists only for you.

With each breath allow yourself to feel just a little more held,

A little more supported and a little more safe.

Your body knows how to rest.

Your mind knows how to let go.

Your nervous system knows the way home to calm.

Let your breath fall into a slow natural rhythm.

And now visualize a warm wave of softness gently moving from the crown of your head across your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Letting everything relax,

Letting everything loosen.

Allow this wave to move down your neck and your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your chest,

All the way down to your toes.

Your body is entering deep rest and your energy is rewriting itself.

You've done enough today and you were enough today.

And now you let go of that day and let it dissolve.

Imagine the thoughts,

The worries,

The conversations,

The tiny doubts,

All of it lifting away like feathers in the wind.

There is nothing to hold,

Nothing to fix,

And nothing to carry.

Let the mind empty and the heart soften.

Sleep is coming,

Healing is coming,

Renewal is coming.

As your body drifts deeper into rest,

Your subconscious mind opens.

This is the place where new beliefs grow.

This is the place where your confidence is restored and your self-worth becomes unshakable.

You are safe to receive new truths and let them wash over you.

In this quiet space,

Gently repeat this inside your mind.

I am worthy exactly as I am.

I deserve kindness,

Respect and love.

I am enough,

Always and forever.

Feel these words landing in your chest,
