Just a couple more times,
Good,
Okay,
And then now I invite you to just rub your hands together when you're ready and place them over your chest and your stomach and just tell yourself now that you are gifting yourself this gift of deeper breathing,
Of acceptance,
And any other goals specifically that you want to see yourself doing,
Sending your body this love,
Even though it's had its limitations,
It's okay,
It's going to improve now,
And then tell yourself that you want this to work.
You want to feel the change in your body.
You want to see the improvement when you're running and you want to feel the motivation.
Your ribs,
But try to put them like to the sides of your body,
The sides of your ribs,
Yeah,
Right there,
And now try to breathe in so your hands expand and your ribs come out to the sides,
Good,
And just do this a couple more times and just see how slow you can make the breath in and out now and see if you can invite in the feeling of pride into your body,
Just feeling proud that this part of your body is doing what it's supposed to do,
Feeling the expansion on the inhale and feeling the ribs come in on the exhale,
And then see if you can even sense the breath now in your stomach,
How much you can let the stomach inflate like a balloon,
And the stomach can be where we hold a lot of tension,
So just notice that it's there and give it the permission to relax now,
And feel all of your tissues absorbing this clean,
Fresh air,
Almost like you're sending a reward to the lower parts of your body,
Gifting them more space,
More capacity,
And if it's more comfortable,
You can bring your hands down towards your stomach now to feel the inhalation of the stomach and just sense how much your stomach can inflate and then come back in.
And now see if you could add another layer to this breath by inviting in a color,
And this color you can associate with victory,
Victory over the expansion of your breath,
Victory of your tissues absorbing the nutrients of the air,
And just see what the first color is that comes to your mind,
And just set the intention that you're breathing in that color and sending it down to your lower abdomen,
And just keep sensing the contact of your hands touching your stomach,
Your stomach pressing against your hands as it expands on the inhale,
And then moving your hands more to the sides now of your stomach,
And see again if you could expand the breath so your hands move,
And again see if you could gift that color down to that part of your body,
And feel that support of your hands to your body and your body to your hands,
Good,
And then just letting your hands rest wherever they feel comfortable,
And then just allow your breath to be natural,
But see if any of that deep breathing inspired your body to want to take in more air,
More expansion,
And more absorption,
Thinking of that color,
Thinking of your intention,
And just see how much more your body can relax,
And if you want to lie down now you can up to you,
So now I'm going to start counting down from 10 to 1,
And as I count I just want you to imagine that you're drifting deeper inside of yourself,
Just like the layers of an onion where the middle is the sweetest part,
Just imagine that you could travel through all of the layers of your consciousness down into the sweetest part where the pure essence lies,
And where the reprogramming can be accomplished,
And your logical mind will still come in,
Be questioning everything,
Wondering if it's working,
But just let that part come and go,
It's just there to protect you,
Meanwhile the deeper part of you will be absorbing all of this new version of you,

Feeling yourself relax deeper and deeper,

Letting yourself drift,
Imagine you could just pull a curtain to the rest of the world,
Everything else can be on hold for now,
The only thing that matters is for you to just relax,
Enjoy the journey,
And be supportive and integrate this new improvement,

Sinking,
Floating down deeper and deeper,
Continuing to let that expansive breath take you on a journey down through all the layers of you,

Even your inner voices start to quiet down now as you allow yourself to enter into tranquility,

You've entered into a beautiful green meadow,
Your healing center,
The portal of your new process,
And you look around,
You see trees growing,
Birds singing in them,
The slight caress of the wind on your cheek,
And you look around and you see that there is a huge Olympic-sized track,
And suddenly you just feel the motivation to start running,
You feel the wind as if it's moving through you,
It moves through your face,
Clearing away all of the doubts that you had,
You run and you feel the wind moving past your ears,
Washing away anything that you've listened to that isn't serving you,
And you become integrated with this quality of the wind,
Feeling the wind move through your stomach,
Your ribs,
Feeling how it moves through your legs,
And you even hear that swift movement of your arms and knees bending at the perfect angle to have the most ergonomical movements possible,
And in this healing place,
Anything is possible,
Perhaps you even can allow yourself to transform into a magnificent animal,
And every animal has their limitations,
Birds can't go in the water,
Not all creatures can climb trees,
But they don't let that stop them from being in their fullest expression,
And you feel that weightlessness now move through you,
So you continue running through the track gracefully,
Swiftly,
And you find that this new improved sense of breath has expanded your capacities,
And your body sends you the signal,
Even if you're still this animal,
Your body sends you the signal of when to slow down,
When to keep the pace,
And when to speed up the pace,
It's as if you have your own remote control inside that's telling you what to do,
And you feel the pulsing of your heart,
This engine,
And you feel its rate increasing as you continue to take the turn on the track,
And you have kept it so healthy in these years,
That it does what it's supposed to do,
Just like a reliable car that has been maintained,
And you have maintained your body with the right foods,
With walking,
Running,
Thoughtful conversations,
And focus on work,
So it is attuned to deliver you what you decide for it to do,
And you have decided to run this marathon at your best speed,
With a consistent heart rate that allows you to perform better than you ever have,
And you feel this engine inside of your heart,
This heat that spreads through your body,
And perhaps this fire of the heart of your stomach engine is also another color besides the traditional fire,
It could be purple to infuse it with your higher spiritual energies,
It could be white to purify and transmute any heaviness,
It could be green to grow your capacity and increase your strength,
Or it could be the traditional red and orange to feel alive and passionate about doing what you love to do,
And you feel this warmth spreading through your body,
And the track has taken a curve,
Or it's starting to go a little bit uphill,
And instead of getting worked up in the mind about having to conquer it,
Or worried about not being able to,
You simply adjust your speed and adjust your breath,
And calibrate to the new conditions,
Feel the breath moving again into the deepest part of you,
Activating your intuition,
Your sense of knowing,
And then as you're continuing to adjust,
You find that you have now a second wind,
You have even more energy than when you started running,
And you transform again into that animal spirit guardian that is with you,
That embodies the characteristics that you are ready to reprogram to,
And this animal lifts you into its own dimensions,
Into its own qualities,
And you feel the soft movement inside of your body,
As all of your cells recalibrate to absorb,
All of the miraculous qualities of this animal,
And as you continue to move up the hill of the track,
Just imagine that you're dropping off anything that you were holding on to that was weighing you down,
Any old identities,
Any worries,
You can just drop them off like you throw away an old backpack that's ripped,
Something that you no longer need to carry,
And you feel this liberation spread through you,
Bringing you deeper and deeper,
Into that sweet center part of you,
Can you imagine that color glowing now,
Feeling your energies merge with that of the animal,
And feeling any other weight just get knocked off and thrown away,
Tumbling away from you,
And you realize how small it was compared to you,
There's no need to hold on to it anymore,
And now you have reached a summit in this beautiful hill that overlooks the kingdom of earth,
And here you feel majestic,
So connected to the heaven and the earth,
Imagine your feet grounded to this mountain,
And the mountain connected to your feet,
The line is blurred,
It's as if you have become this mountain,
And this monumental grounded feeling of strength and connection and safety,
Harnessing the highest qualities,
Imagine that your feet and your legs start to absorb this essence of the mountain,
This juicy earth,
That smooths over all of the joints,
So they're steady and strong,
And it's as if the top of your head is also growing,
You feel your spinal cord strengthening,
You feel your ribs expanding,
And now that you have this embodiment of the mountain,
This also allows your breath to be expanded,
As if your whole body is breathing,
And you realize before that you're only allowing yourself a fraction of the breath,
And now it feels 20% more,
30% more,
40% more,
As your tissues get to absorb even more of these nutrients,
More of these spiritual energies,
Imagine that the breath goes beyond the borders of your body,
That you could breathe into your energy field around you,
And feel that harmony of the environment that you've entered alive in your body,
This harmony,
This sweet,
Soulful place is yours,
That you can return to at any time,
And as I count from one to five,
You feel yourself absorbing all these new capacities,
For your intuition,
For running the marathon,
And for taking this journey of life,
Feeling the resonance that you have with that animal,
And see if it wants to pick a space to live inside of you,
So you can call upon its strength or grace at any time,
Two,
Feeling all of your cells absorb,
All of the tissues absorb,
This feeling of relief and expansion,
Three,
Feeling this accountability for being the one responsible to deliver your body this breath,
Thanking yourself for giving yourself this vacation treatment,
And five,
When you're ready,
Start rubbing your hands together,
Feeling that energy pulsing through you,
And just placing your hands anywhere in your body to send that extra healing and strength,
Welcome yourself back,
And move slowly,
