Any little movements you need to make,

Even if it's adjusting your neck.

And remember that the thoughts will come in and out.

But maybe you can just tell your mind right now that I want this to work.

I'm ready to commit to more relaxation in my life and allowing myself to feel more at ease.

How can we allow ourselves to feel more comfortable?

Do you want to try mind?

And let's just start to relax all of the parts of your body now.

Allowing your mind to help and ask those parts of you to relax,

Starting with the top of your head.

And even try to send your inner eyes to the top of your head.

As if you could see the top of your scalp,

Imagining it,

Imagining your hair,

The top of your head,

The sides of your face.

And see if that part is ready to relax even deeper,

Softening all of the fascia that surrounds your skull.

And just see if there's any more weight that could be surrendered to the back of the pillow.

The back of your head.

Feeling it gently pressed down.

And feel the sides of your face be invited to relax all the way down to your jaw muscles.

Softening even the inside of your mouth,

Noticing if there's another place you could have your tongue go.

Maybe behind your teeth.

And just noticing,

Concentrating on any minor relaxations in your face,

In your cheeks,

In your chin.

Maybe see if you could even drop your chin,

Picturing how your chin is,

And just allowing it to move closer to your neck.

So the back of your neck lengthens.

And your chin comes slightly in and the back of your head presses slightly more into your cushion behind you.

And feel the sides of your neck respond to the relaxation that you're permitting,

Allowing,

Noticing.

Giving permission to all of the muscles,

The ligaments,

To relax,

To lengthen,

And to get a bit more heavy.

And just allow all of the muscles from the shoulders all the way down to the fingers relax.

And just pretend that you're not the only thing that is allowing this relaxation.

Just imagine that there's a healing energy surrounding you,

Like a light shower that's just smoothing away all of the tension in your body,

Any stress.

Just imagine it floating away as you now concentrate on the inner part of your core,

Your chest,

Your stomach,

Your diaphragm.

Allow all of those muscles to relax,

Sending this healing energy down as if you're thanking these parts of your body,

Your back,

Your vertebrae,

Allowing this healing maintenance to sweep through,

Feeling your breath expand,

Feeling that relaxing energy smooth down all of the muscles in your quads and your knees,

All the way down to your feet.

And then I'm going to count from 10 to one.

And as I count down,

You will begin to enter into a deeper place of you,

Into your deeper levels of your subconscious energies.

Noticing that it looks even more dark behind your eyelids,

10,

Feeling yourself relax deeper now,

Nine,

Eight,

Drawing a curtain to the rest of the world.

It all can wait.

Seven,

Sinking,

Drifting,

Floating down deeper and deeper inside of yourself.

Six,

Five,

Drifting,

Sinking,

Even your own inner thoughts start to quiet down now.

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

You see yourself now getting on a cloud,

Drifting forward into a time six months from now,

A time where you will see how much progress you've made,

A time when you will see and experience and feel the pride in how far you've come,

How you've committed to being comfortable.

Just imagine this cloud floating as the months go by,

And we're drifting six months from now.

And this cloud now drops you off in this time in the future.

And you see yourself happy with a certain glow around you.

Your eyes are twinkling with a sense of fulfillment and purpose.

Knowing that you're doing what you're doing every day with ease,

And you see yourself now having to go to the bathroom.

And maybe it comes as a surprise that feeling when you just have to go.

And before maybe you used to feel nervous and resent this feeling,

But now you thank your body for communicating it to you.

And you just see yourself going,

Answering the call to your body,

And coming back out like it's no thing at all.

Now I'd like you to imagine that you're going into a movie theater.

And you go into the movie theater,

But you realize you're the only one in the movie theater watching the movie and you see that it's you.

And you see yourself six months prior to this.

You see yourself and the fear that you had to use the bathroom in public,

The overwhelm,

The irrational sense of panic.

And you watch this movie in the scenario,

A bit confused as to why that even happened,

Why you put yourself through that.

So you look behind at that projector,

The person that puts in the movie,

Real,

And you tell them,

Destroy that film.

Maybe you even pretend that you could just wash off the screen with a hose.

And the person with the film puts in another film.

And this time,

Again,

You see yourself six months from now,

Or maybe even less when you're on your trip,

Doing your business,

Almost giggling about it now,

How before you thought you were protecting yourself.

But now you feel natural about your process.

Doesn't have to be anything you even need to tell anyone because it just feels natural.

And rewind the movie and watch it again.

Now in a different scenario of you going to the bathroom in another public place.

And you see yourself with a tiny victory smile,

Almost laughing to yourself after you do your process.

And then you rewind it and imagine another scenario,

Another process.

Another place where you might go or have the need to go.

And how same thing you get to go in and out of there.

Almost feeling like you got away with something.

It was so easy.

Picture that sense of ease and pride in your body.

Being able to give yourself your turn,

Just like everyone else has.

Feeling the breath go all the way down to the stomach,

Expanding the diaphragm,

Expanding your sense to take up space,

Permission to have that space.

And there's nothing wrong with you having your time.

Everyone else can wait.

Everyone has their own process.

Just like you allow your own process.

And I'm going to count now from one to five.

I'd like you to seal in all of this new mindset into every cell of your body.

Just imagine that all of your cells could get reprogrammed.

Now that you're in this space,

Just welcome this feeling into your body of security,

Breathing it in.

With this commitment to honor your body's processes,

To listen,

And to show your body that respect it deserves.

Feel that sense of integrity running up your spine.

Taking deep breaths,

Sealing it all in.

One,

Two,

Taking deep breaths.

Allowing every cell to reprogram,

To align with this new reality.

You're allowing,

Inviting,

And anticipating.

Four,

Feeling a bit of excitement,

Wondering how easy it will be,

How you will know when it worked.

And five,

Whenever you're ready,

Start rubbing your hands together.

And place one hand on your forehead,

And the other hand behind your neck,

At the back of your neck.

And tell your mind that this has worked.

Filleting it in with your goal,

Your affirmation.

Good,

And then when you're ready,

Just releasing your hands.

Opening your eyes as you want.

And welcoming yourself back.

Reminding yourself of where you are,

And your name.

Feeling excited for the next part of your life.

I’m very comfortable with your approach because it sounds like you yourself created it, which makes it very authentic
