Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and release it through your mouth,
Letting go of any stress or tension from your day or night.

Today we'll use a breath technique called cleansing breath.
This practice will help you release stagnant energy and invite in new vibrant energy.
So let's begin.
Start by inhaling through your nose for a count of four.

Hold your breath for a moment and now exhale through your mouth for a count of six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Now with each inhale visualize bright clean energy entering your body and with each exhale imagine any heavy or stagnant energy leaving your body.
Let's continue.
Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four.
Hold for a moment and exhale through the mouth for a count of six.
Visualize the energy entering your body filling you with light and vitality and as you exhale let go of anything that feels heavy or stuck.
Continue in your own time for a few more breaths.
Feel this cleansing energy wash over you.
Imagine it flowing through your body clearing away all of that negativity or stress.
Allow this flow to refresh you revitalizing every cell in your being.

Now let's add a visualization to enhance this practice.
Imagine standing beneath a warm radiant light like sunlight streaming down from above.
With each inhale draw this light into your body feeling it fill you with warmth and positivity.
Inhale the light and as you do visualize it filling your heart space expanding outwards.
Hold this light there for a moment and as you exhale let any dark or heavy energy flow out washed away by the radiant light.
Continue this cycle of breathing and visualizing for a few more rounds feeling lighter and more invigorated with each breath.
With each inhale draw a beautiful light into your body feeling it fill you with warmth and positivity and as you exhale let any dark or negative energy flow out of you washed away by this radiant light.
Take one final deep breath in through your nose feeling that radiant energy fill your body and a long slow exhale through your mouth releasing any remaining heaviness.
When you're ready gently open your eyes returning to the present moment with a renewed sense of clarity and vitality.
