Let's take a moment to revitalize your body and mind.
Just find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Start by taking a deep energizing breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
With each inhale imagine drawing in fresh energy and with each exhale release any lingering fatigue.
Now gently bring your awareness to your body starting at your feet feel a warm energizing sensation moving upwards through your legs,
Your torso,
Your arms,
Your neck,
Shoulders and finally your head.
With each breath let this warmth refresh and awaken every part of your being.
Good.
Take one more deep breath in feeling fully recharged and as you exhale let go of any remaining sluggishness.
Gently open your eyes and when you're ready feel renewed and ready for the rest of your beautiful day.
