Golden light.
This light gently wraps around you,
Helping you unwind and find peace.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more relaxed,
Preparing for a restful evening and a nourishing deep sleep.

As we come to the end of this practice,
Take one more deep breath in,
Feeling at ease and nourished.
