Welcome and good morning.

Sometimes the greatest act of self-love is simply showing up.

To your breath,

To this moment,

To yourself.

Before the outside world begins to ask for your energy,

Let's pause here for a moment together.

In this space where nothing is needed and everything is welcome.

You don't have to be calm to find calm.

You don't have to be still to discover stillness.

You just need to arrive exactly as you are.

So take a moment now to close your eyes or soften your gaze and allow your body to rest into this moment.

Bring gentle awareness to your body.

Feel the crown of your head soften,

The space between your brows,

The heaviness of your eyelids.

Let your jaw loosen,

Your tongue fall away from the roof of your mouth.

Relax your neck and shoulders as if the night's tension could slip right off you,

Dissolving into the earth.

Feel your chest rise and fall.

Your belly rise and fall.

You are full of life,

Breath and gentle rhythm.

Let your arms feel warm and open,

Your hips are grounded,

Legs heavy and still.

Bring your attention to your feet,

Your quiet connection to the earth.

Here you are,

You are fully here,

You are fully you.

Let's take three gentle breaths to settle deeper into the quiet within.

This time we'll breathe with a soft flowing rhythm.

You will inhale for a count of four,

Hold for two and exhale for six.

Let's begin.

Inhale two,

Three,

Four.

Hold two.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And again,

Inhale,

Fill your lungs,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold two.

Exhale soft and steady,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Once more now,

Just at your own pace.

Good,

Now just let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

Notice how your body feels,

What has shifted even just a little.

Allow your breath to soften and with your next inhale,

Begin to imagine yourself stepping out into the early morning light.

The world is still quiet,

It's wrapped in a hush of peace.

You find yourself in a wide open meadow and you are kissed by the first golden rays of dawn.

The grass is cool beneath your bare feet,

Soft with glistening dew drops that sparkle like tiny stars.

Each step you take sends a ripple of freshness through your body.

Cool,

Clean energy rises from the earth and it's refreshing every part of you,

From the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.

You walk slowly now,

Deliberately,

As if each step is a gentle blessing from the earth.

Feel the soft blades of grass brush against your skin,

The tiny drops of dew welcoming you into this sacred,

Natural stillness.

The air around you is crisp and it's filled with the scent of wildflowers and the earth itself is waking up.

And as you move through this beautiful meadow,

Just notice a sense of clarity beginning to rise within you,

As if the dew is not just on the grass,

But it's also clearing away your thoughts,

Washing your heart,

Softening anything heavy you might be carrying.

So pause for a moment in the centre of this field.

Close your eyes there and just let the sun tuck your face.

Feel a breeze gently moving through you and in that pause,

Feel this truth arise.

I am renewed.

I am gently awake.

I am ready to begin again.

Let this freshness stay with you,

Let it soak into your being,

Just like the morning dew soaks into the soil,

Quiet,

Nourishing,

Unseen.

Take a slow,

Steady breath here and slowly begin to return,

Bringing with you the sense of lightness and renewal.

And as you begin your day,

Walk softly as if the earth still glistens beneath your feet.

There is a quiet that lives beneath the surface,

Beneath the thoughts,

Beneath the noise,

Beneath the planning and remembering and fixing.

It doesn't shout,

It doesn't demand.

But when you slow down,

When you turn inward,

You can feel it.

And this stillness isn't empty.

It's full of wisdom,

Of gentleness,

Of knowing.

And even on the busiest days,

You carry this quiet with you.

It's the part of you that watches with kindness,

That listens without judging,

That waits patiently for you to come home.

You don't have to do anything to access it.

You only have to remember.

So just gently repeat this affirmation either silently or out loud.

There is a quiet place within me.

It is always here.

I can return any time.

Let those words settle into your being like a pebble dropping into still water.

Now begin to breathe into your day,

Not with urgency,

But with presence.

Inhale and feel the steadiness that you've touched.

And as you exhale,

Let that quiet move with you into what comes next.

There may be things to do,

Roles to step into,

But this quiet within you is not lost.

It comes with you.

So let it walk beside you in every conversation,

Every pause,

Every breath.

You don't need to feel peaceful all the time to live from a peaceful place.

And if you forget,

That's okay,

Because you can return to your breath,

To this moment,

To the stillness within you.

So let today begin with this inner quiet.

And from that quiet,

Everything will flow.

When you feel ready,

Gently begin to move your body,

Open your eyes,

And welcome the light of day.

You have done something beautiful for yourself just by listening,

By being.

May you move gently.

May you listen inwardly.

May you live from your quiet truth.

Namaste,

My friend.
