Good morning.

The sun may be rising,

But the moon still lingers quietly in the sky,

A soft pearl of wisdom,

A silent witness to your unfolding.

You don't need to race into this day.

You don't need to be anything but exactly who you are.

This morning,

We welcome the spirit of the moon.

Reflective,

Intuitive,

Steady.

The moon doesn't rush.

She waxes and wanes.

She shines fully,

Then rests in shadow.

And still she is whole.

So,

Let yourself be lunar today.

Let yourself be enough,

No matter what phase you're in.

Just begin by resting into stillness.

Find your comfy position and just let your body soften.

Let your breath arrive like moonlight.

It's cool,

Gentle,

Nourishing.

Bring awareness to the top of your head and just visualize the light of the moon rushing over you.

A soft silver light melting into your skin,

Over your face.

Now,

Soften your expression.

Let your jaw release.

This moonlight is washing over your neck and shoulders.

It's draping down your arms like silk and folding into your hands.

Let the light pool in your chest now.

A gluing stillness in your heart chakra.

It's peaceful,

Quiet,

Deep.

Now,

Feel your belly rise and fall,

Unhurried,

Natural,

Rhythmic.

The moonlight moves downward through your hips,

Thighs,

And knees.

It's calming,

Cooling,

Cleansing.

All the way down to your feet now,

Your toes.

You are now grounded in the earth but touched by the stars.

You are bathed in softness,

Held in rhythm,

Aligned.

Now,

Let's move into wave breathing.

It's a breath to mirror the moon's ebb and flow.

And it also mirrors the rise and fall of lunar tides.

So,

Let your inhale gently rise like a wave building and exhale slowly like it's flowing gently back into the ocean.

Inhale,

Rise.

Exhale,

Soften.

No force,

No holding.

Just a wave arriving and receding.

Let's take a few breaths together.

Inhale,

Smooth rising breath.

Exhale,

A gentle letting go.

And again,

Inhale.

Feel your breath gather,

Expand.

Now,

Exhale the return,

Feeling release,

Relief.

And once more,

Inhale.

Draw in softness.

And slow exhale,

Sending it through your body.

In your own time,

Inhale and release.

Now,

Let your breath return to its own rhythm now.

You've invited the tides of the ocean into your morning.

Visualize now you're standing at the edge of a lake at dawn.

The world is quiet,

Only birdsong and the faint hush of water.

Above you,

The moon still hangs in the sky.

It's low and luminous.

It's creating silver ripples across the surface.

The air is cool and still.

You feel calm,

Clear,

Timeless.

As you breathe,

You notice the water reflecting both moonlight and the first blush of morning light.

Both energies,

Moon and sun,

They are held together.

You step forward now and let your toes touch the lake's edge.

The moonlight shimmers over your skin.

You feel remembered.

You feel whole.

You are not separate from nature.

You are not behind or too late.

You are in rhythm,

Exactly as you are.

So,

Let this feeling root itself in your body.

It's the grace of slowing down.

The courage of deep listening.

The beauty of simply being.

So,

Let's just rest here for a moment.

As if you've just returned from somewhere beautiful.

Feel your breath gently rise and fall.

It's a quiet rhythm.

It's reminding you,

You are here,

You are present and all is well.

Now,

Just invite a soft inquiry.

Not to search,

But simply to listen.

Ask yourself,

What within me is ready to rise today?

Is there a quiet strength I've forgotten,

Waiting to be remembered?

Let the question sit gently in your heart.

There is no urgency,

No pressure,

Just a space for noticing as the morning opens within you.

Now,

With one hand resting on your chest and the other just below your navel,

Feel the steadiness of your breath and the energy that you have awakened.

Whisper inwardly to yourself,

I am grounded in light.

I carry my quiet strength into the world.

Let this be your inner anchor,

Something you return to as your beautiful day unfolds.

Take a final nourishing breath and begin to gently reawaken your senses,

Bringing this soft awareness with you.

Now,

Repeat either silently or as a whisper to yourself.

Just let the truth of these words rise within.

I honor my rhythm.

I carry the wisdom of the moon within me.

Say it quietly like a prayer to your own soul.

I honor my rhythm.

I carry the wisdom of the moon within me.

Feel how that affirmation settles into your body.

It's not just words,

It's a remembering.

So,

As this moment comes to a close,

Know that the moon's light still lives in you.

Whether visible or not,

She's there.

So,

Take one more breath in.

So,

Invite grace,

Gentleness,

Inner knowing,

And gently and slowly exhale and send that into your day.

Let this morning unfold as it needs to.

You don't need to rush.

You don't need to prove.

You only need to remember that,

Like the moon,

You are whole in every phase.

So,

Let this morning hold you and let the moon guide you.

You are enough,

Exactly as you are.

Namaste,

My friend.
