Good morning and welcome.

There's a quiet fire inside you.

It's a spark that never goes out.

Even when you feel tired or uncertain,

It lives in you,

Quietly waiting to be remembered.

This morning is for reconnecting with your inner light.

Not through pressure,

But through breath,

Presence and warmth.

You don't have to be loud to be powerful.

You don't need to shine for anyone but yourself.

So let's begin and breathe life into your spark.

So just settle into your comfortable position.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw release,

And just let your breath begin to arise,

Gently and without any effort.

Bring awareness to the top of your head and let's slowly begin to scan slowly down through your body.

Like a lantern,

It will softly illuminate each space it passes.

Your forehead relaxes,

Your eyes rest,

Your cheeks are softening,

And as you reach your throat and chest,

Just feel a warmth begin to build.

And let that warmth move into your belly.

It's a golden ember glowing gently at your core.

This is your spark,

It's always been here.

It doesn't need fixing,

Only attention.

So now scan down through your hips,

Let them soften,

Down your legs,

Your ankles.

Your feet and toes.

Now let that inner warmth just pool gently wherever it's needed.

You are now lit from within.

Good.

So we'll move into a breath practice called the belly spark breath.

This is a slow grounding practice to gently ignite your inner energy.

It draws deep breath into your core,

And that is where your fire lives.

So gently place one hand on your belly,

Feel your belly rise as you inhale,

And let your belly soften as you exhale.

Let's do this together now.

Inhale slowly through your nose,

Feeling your belly expand,

And exhale through your mouth,

Slow and smooth.

Again,

Inhale,

Feed your inner fire with your breath,

And exhale,

Allowing it to glow even brighter.

Once more now,

Inhale,

Welcoming warmth,

Energy,

Light,

And exhale,

Letting go,

Soft,

Steady radiance.

Just once more in your own time.

Wonderful.

Let your breath settle now into its normal rhythms,

But you are still deep,

Still connected,

And feel your spark growing gently,

Quietly.

Visualize yourself in a quiet cabin in the woods.

The world outside is cool and misty,

But inside there is a fire that crackles gently in the hearth.

This hearth is the center of your being.

It's a warm,

Safe,

Radiant place.

So take a moment to kneel beside it,

And just place a log into the flames,

Not out of urgency,

But with love.

Watch as the flames flicker higher.

They are warming the room.

They are warming you.

Now just feel this glow spreading through your chest,

Your spine,

Your arms and legs.

You are radiant.

There is no need to prove anything.

This spark is yours,

And know that it is always here,

Always enough.

Now see yourself rising,

Carrying this flame within you.

You move out the cabin door into this beautiful morning.

Even in the cool air,

You are steady,

Clear and bright from within.

So as your breath settles and the imagery begins to softly fade,

Just come back to yourself,

Rooted,

Calm and quietly alive.

Let this be a space where your soul can whisper back.

So ask gently,

What beauty is already within me,

Waiting to be seen?

What if I greeted today as if it were sacred?

Let these questions just rise and float.

No effort,

No grasping,

Just a gentle listening.

Bring a hand to your heart and feel the warmth there.

The energy you have cultivated today moves through you like a beautiful,

Soft glow.

Now whisper inwardly to yourself.

I see the beauty in my being.

I move through this day with grace and wonder.

Breathe that in and carry this quiet beauty with you.

Now affirm to yourself either as a whisper or out loud and let this truth rise in you.

My spark is alive.

I carry my light into this day.

Now see it gently but clearly.

Feel it glow through your entire being and let it become your center.

As you return to your body in this moment,

Feel the spark glowing gently in your belly.

It's not a wildfire.

It's just a steady flame.

One that warms,

Inspires and anchors you.

So take another breath in and draw in energy,

Confidence.

And as you exhale,

Send that into your day.

This is your beautiful light.

You don't have to dim it.

You don't have to prove it.

You only have to carry it with kindness and your presence.

Let your heart and your spark walk ahead of you with whispers from your soul.
