This meditation is to help you cultivate more love and self compassion. It starts with breath awareness then invites you to remember a time in your life when you felt love from someone else (a person or a companion animal) and to breathe that feeling of love into every part of your body. The meditation then shifts to breathing that loving energy to the people in your life who are in your "front row" (people who are supportive of you). The final portion of the meditation is to practice repeating the mantra: "I am loved, I am loving, and I am lovable." The track ends with one OM.
