Over the years, her practice has evolved into something slow, intentional, and deeply rooted in breath. She is most at home guiding classes that offer space to pause, breathe, and listen—both within and around us. Amber believes that yoga is more than just movement; it’s a sacred returning to self. Her classes weave in breathwork and meditation throughout, often accompanied by grounding music and subtle sound to support the inward journey. Whether teaching in-person or online, Amber's goal is to create a space where everyone feels safe to move, reflect, and reconnect. An educator and community-builder at heart, Amber is nurturing a vision of an online space where like-minded seekers can come together to share in practice, presence, and peaceful connection.
