
7 Minute EFT For Feeling Stuck

This 7-minute EFT tapping practice is a gentle exploration of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, procrastinating, or unable to begin tasks that matter to you. Rather than forcing motivation or productivity, this session invites curiosity about what may be happening beneath avoidance, perfectionism, or feeling frozen. Through two rounds of tapping, we'll first acknowledge what is present and then gently explore the possibility that feeling stuck may have developed for a protective reason while inviting greater self-compassion, flexibility, and trust in taking one small step forward. This practice may be supportive for moments of overwhelm, self-criticism, perfectionism, difficulty getting started, nervous system dysregulation, and feeling disconnected from motivation.
