Meditation Timer OnlineAmanda’s work is rooted in healing through and with the body. Her journey of self-discovery deepened profoundly during pregnancy and after giving birth in 2022, an experience that reshaped how she understands presence, intuition, and the nervous system. Becoming a mother has been one of her greatest teachers, inspiring a passion for creating resources that support both parents and children during tender, transitional seasons of life. She believes all parents deserve access to spiritually inclusive tools — especially during times of questioning, growth, and reconnection with faith or personal belief. Her approach honors the reality that parenting often unfolds alongside our own healing, as we do our best to show up for our children while learning to listen to ourselves more deeply. Amanda is deeply passionate about somatic movement, nervous system regulation, generational healing, and the wisdom held within the body. She is certified in Emotional Freedom Techniques, and continues to expand her studies, integrating gentle, trauma-informed practices into her offerings. Through her work, she hopes to encourage others to discover their inner voice by clearing what no longer serves them, making space for authenticity, resilience, and embodied trust.
