
7 Min EFT For Nerves

We've all had those moments before a test, interview, presentation, first date, first day on the job, or important conversation when our mind starts racing and our stomach is in knots. I know I have. In fact, I even felt nervous before recording my first Insight Timer practice! In this 7-minute EFT tapping session, we'll move through two rounds of tapping to help calm the body, acknowledge those anxious thoughts and sensations, and gently shift into a greater sense of ease, confidence, and trust in yourself. You don't have to get rid of all your nerves to show up and do hard things. Sometimes we just need a little support to remind ourselves that we can handle what's ahead.
