Hi Friends, Here are a few thoughts about city life and nature for people who live in the city, with a mantra that can be used on a daily basis to get into the vibe of the meditation universe. Everybody keeps telling you that if you want to feel good,

You need to go out in nature,

Smell the wildflowers,

Hug a tree,

Listen to the birds,

Taste the wind.

Yet what you are feeling right now is the pavement under your shoes,

The air filled with gasoline,

What you are hearing is traffic and people talking on the phone because the city is the place you live in.

So does it mean you have to wait until the weekend or a holiday to be at peace?

Do you need to move to the country,

Find a new job,

Turn your life upside down?

City life may be noisy and chaotic,

But there is beauty in the chaos.

There are friends,

Family,

Co-workers and so many people you could meet.

There are restaurants,

Shops,

Concerts,

Museums,

You name it.

And you can still find a park and take a walk there.

Now of course it is great to have access to nature at any time,

But what if we can all get that?

We have a mind that can take us anywhere,

Anytime.

And we are energy,

We are life,

We are peace of mind,

We are nature.

It may seem like a stretch,

But it's not,

We really are nature.

Try and say it out loud to see how it feels.

I am energy,

I am life,

I am peace of mind,

I am nature.

Try and say it again until it makes sense or write it down on a piece of paper and leave it on your desk.

Let's say it together one more time.

I am energy,

I am life,

I am peace of mind,

I am nature.
