We often remain busy with the three aspects of experiences: waking, dreaming, and deep sleep states. But if we try to build our home or the Palace of Awareness only on three pillars, it will be weak and unstable. Therefore, we need to add the fourth pillar, and that is Meditation. Please meditate and have a stable, strong, and everlasting Awareness. Meditate on my mantra: Amaram Hum Madhuram, I am pure, free, forever. My truth is unchanging, undying, and forever blessed.
