Welcome to this sound meditation titled Ananda Shanti. Ananda is a Sanskrit word that means to be the highest version of oneself. So basically to reach supreme bliss within oneself. And of course you all know that Shanti means peace. In this meditation we are going to use the powerful OM along with the tongue drum so that we can reach the highest purest version of ourselves full of peace and love and light and gratitude. There will be some other vocalizations in this track and I just encourage you to try them out if you choose to do so. If it doesn't feel quite right for you in that moment feel free to stay on the OM but if you want to explore the other vocalizations please join me.
