So hi everyone Thank you for joining me today In this journey I invite you today into a journey of listening Not with the mind But with our bodies We are going to listen to the wisdom of your heart Not just the physical heartbeat That has carried you every moment of your life But the subtle ways the heart speaks Through sensation,
Rhythm,
Warmth and feeling Your heart is more than just an organ It is the bridge between body and spirit Conscious and subconscious Self and other It has been with you since the very first moment of your life Beating even before you had words And whispering guidance before you could understand So today we will simply try and remember how to listen to that wisdom Now for this journey Find a posture where you feel supported You may choose to sit upright Or you may choose to lie down Just find a posture where you feel supported,
Comfortable and safe Now let's start by taking a slow deep breath in through the nose And if your body allows,
Exhale through your mouth Now again,
Inhaling gently And exhaling with relief Breathing in space And breathing out into stillness Now as you are settling into your breath Also feel the ground beneath you A reminder that you are supported,
Held and safe Safe enough to let go Giving yourself permission to relax Let your shoulders soften Let your jaw loosen a little bit And let your belly expand naturally with the breath Coming here,
Coming now Dropping into the body Now As we get ready to meet the heart through sensations Place one hand over your heart And the other one on your belly And simply notice the rhythm beneath your palm Perhaps it's steady Maybe a little fast Maybe a little subtle Just notice the rhythm The rhythm beneath your palm Now this rhythm has never left you It was the first sound in your life The steady drum that carried you on the boom It has kept you alive every single day Without asking for your attention So just notice what you feel there Maybe a warmth An expansion A tightness Or a numbness There is no right or wrong Your heart is simply telling you how it feels in this moment And Your only task now Is to listen Now The heart does not speak in words It speaks in sensations In openness or contraction In flow or holding In relaxation Warmth or coolness Bring your full awareness now Into the space of your chest Notice the subtle movements with each breath When you inhale Does your chest open?
Expand?
When you exhale Does it soften?
Or release?
Just sense the quality of this space If your heart could speak through sensations alone What would it say right now?
Maybe it's whispering I'm tired Maybe it says I'm open Or maybe it simply says I'm here Allow whatever arises to be true This is how the heart teaches us By showing Not explaining Notice what you notice Sense what you sense See what you see Allowing your heart now to speak to you through sensations Now imagine a gentle light in the center of your chest Not a blazing fire Just a steady glow Like a small light in a dark room And with each inhale Feel that glow expand Feeling the chest The lungs And the shoulders And with each exhale Feel it radiate outwards Into the arms The throat The belly And the entire body Let this light extend beyond your body now A soft field of warmth is surrounding you And let's call this the heart field The presence of compassion and connection That radiates from you naturally I want you to now fully settle and rest Into this heart field for a few breaths And also notice how your body and your nervous system responds When you allow the heart to lead Now Let's place both our hands over the heart And just take a few deep breaths here As if you're breathing directly into the space Now just ask softly Without forcing Dear heart What do you want me to know right now?

And then just listen Not with the mind But with your body Perhaps the answer comes as a word A feeling An image Or just a shift in sensations Trust whatever is arising And even if nothing comes right now This too is an answer Sometimes the heart speaks in silence And let's just rest here for a minute Allowing the heart to be heard Now Just notice how your body feels in this moment Maybe compare it to when you first began After spending this time Tuning into my heart Listening to my heart And allowing my heart to bring up whatever it wanted to How do I feel right now?
Perhaps a bit more open A bit more steady Or maybe a bit more connected Let's drop these words now into the heart,
Into the body,
