So,
Hi everyone and thank you for joining me.
So,
Let's talk about healing today.
Now,
In my work in the healing space,
I'm observing,
Watching,
Seeing something.
I'm seeing people who are more stressed about healing than they are about their original problems.
I'm seeing souls who have become so overwhelmed by the sheer volume of healing information,
Advice,
Modalities and shoulds that they've lost touch with the very thing that could actually help them,
Which is their own inner wisdom.
If you've felt exhausted by your healing journey,
If you've felt like you're failing at wellness or you're doing it wrong,
If you've ever looked at your bookshelf full of self-help books and you're now more confused than when you started,
This exploration might help you.
If you've ever felt guilty for not journaling enough,
Not meditating enough or maybe not doing your breath work,
Not being grateful enough,
Not doing the law of attraction correctly,
I see you and I want you to know that none of this is your fault.
Now,
This is just based on my experience and what I see happening.
Every day,
Our phones buzz with new healing content.
There's somebody on Instagram talking about the latest breath work technique.
YouTube suggests 17 ways to heal your nervous system.
And there are podcasts that promise the secret to unlocking trauma.
And there are a lot of books that claim to have the missing piece to the puzzle.
Now,
TikTok is filled with morning routines that may take you three hours to complete.
Now,
LinkedIn serves us productivity hacks Our email inboxes overflow with courses that promise transformation.
And somewhere in the middle of this hurricane of information,
There is you,
A human being with a sensitive nervous system trying to figure out what they actually need.
But instead of feeling better,
You might feel overwhelmed and inadequate.
Like you're somehow doing healing wrong.
I want to tell you something.
There is no right or wrong way to heal.
And you're not failing at wellness.
Now,
Healing has become another item on our to-do list.
Another way we are supposed to optimize ourselves.
Another performance we need to master.
Now,
I see people scheduling their spontaneity,
Planning their presence.
They have apps to track their meditation and their mood,
Their manifestations and their gratitude.
And healing routines that are more structured than work schedules.
And the beautiful,
Messy and unpredictable journey of healing actually gets lost in this process.
But here's the thing.
Your soul doesn't need a schedule to heal.
Your nervous system doesn't regulate according to someone else's timeline.
And your heart will not open,
Because you follow certain steps in order.
This is what I think is happening.
Just based on my experience,
I think we are using the healing business as a way to avoid our feelings.
It's much easier to research trauma responses than to feel the trembling in your body when you're actually triggered.
It's a lot easier to read about attachment styles than to notice loneliness in your chest.
It's a lot easier to follow someone else's morning routine than to just tune into your spirit and what it needs.
We have turned healing into another form of spiritual bypass.
But instead of bypassing your humanity with positivity,
We are bypassing it with productivity.
And again,
Our bodies,
Our wise,
Ancient,
Intuitive bodies are trying to tell us something.
Slow down.
Breathe.
And listen.
I've been trying to show you the way,
But you're too busy following everyone else's map to notice that I'm your compass.
I'll say this again.
Slow down.
Breathe.
And listen.
I've been trying to show you the way,
But you're too busy following everyone else's map.
To notice that I'm your compass.
I want to share something with you that might feel radical.
Your body already knows how to heal.
Not your mind that collects healing techniques like trophies.
Not your ego that wants to be the perfect student of transformation.
Your body.
The one that has been breathing since you were born.
The one that has been coordinating billions of processes without any intervention on your part.
That has been trying to keep you safe and alive every moment of your existence.
Your body speaks a language older than any healing modality.
It knows things that no book can teach you.
It carries wisdom that no guru can give you.
And it has been patiently waiting for you to remember how to listen.
But this might be a challenge.
In our world of constant information,
We've forgotten how to hear our own inner voice.
We are so trained now to look outside for answers.
We've been conditioned to trust experts or people claiming to be experts more than our own experiences.
We've learned to override our intuition with information.
So let me invite you into something different.
Let me invite you into a sacred pause from all the healing that you're supposed to be doing.
All the information that you're supposed to be consuming.
And all the ways you're supposed to be optimizing yourself.
Let me invite you to remember that you are not a project to be completed.
You're not a problem to be solved.
You are a living,
Breathing miracle.
You are a living,
Breathing miracle with an inner guidance system more sophisticated than any healing method that was ever created.
If you resonate with what I'm saying,
You're very welcome to join me in this exploration.
Find a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed for the next few minutes.
Only if you feel safe,
You may want to soften your gaze and close your eyes.
Just be here with me for a moment.
We're not going to learn anything today.
We're not going to fix anything.
We're just going to practice being human together.
One hand on the heart.
One hand on the belly.
And feel this miracle that you are.
Feel your heartbeat.
And feel your breath.
The breath and the heartbeat was happening even before we started talking.
You're only aware of it now.
This is happening without any input from your conscious mind.
This is your body's intelligence at work.
Without reading any articles or listening to any experts,
Ask your body a simple question.
You can say it out loud.
Receive my words.
What do you need right now?
What do you need right now?
What do you need right now?
Not what you should need.
Not what would be good for you.
Not what will help you heal faster.
What does your body actually need in this moment?
Maybe it needs rest.
Maybe it needs movement.
Maybe it needs touch.
Maybe it needs to cry.
Maybe it needs to laugh.
Maybe it needs to be held.
Maybe it needs water.
Maybe it needs silence.
Trust the first thing that comes up.
Don't evaluate.
Don't improve.
And don't wonder if it's the right answer.
Just notice it.
Now this is your inner wisdom speaking.
This is your body's intelligence offering you exactly what you need for healing.
No app required.
No course needed.
No expert consultation necessary.
What if I told you that healing could be simple?
Not easy,
But simple.
There's a difference.
What if I told you that your body wants to heal and it will show you how only if you create space to listen?
What if the answer is not in the next book,
The next course,
Or the next modality?
What if the answer is in the quiet moments when you stop trying to heal and just let yourself be exactly how you are?
What if healing isn't about becoming someone better,
But about remembering who you've always been underneath all the wounds and conditioning?
I want to give you permission to stop.
Stop consuming healing content.
Stop following healing gurus.
Stop trying to heal in the way everyone else says you should heal.
I want to give you permission to trust your body is wise,
Your intuition is valid,
And your own inner knowing is more valuable than any external authority.
I want to give you permission to heal in your own time,
In your own way,
At your own pace.
Now here's what I've noticed in my own life.
The most profound healing happens in spaces between all the healing work,
In the moments when we stop trying so hard,
In the pauses where we remember to breathe,
And in the simple act of kindness towards ourselves.
The most healing thing you can do sometimes is to take a warm bath instead of forcing yourself to meditate.
Sometimes you may just need to call a friend instead of completing your journaling routine.
Sometimes you may need to lie on the ground and look at the sky instead of following a complex morning routine.
Your body will tell you,
Your soul will guide you,
And your spirit knows the way.
Your body will tell you,
Your soul will guide you,
And your spirit knows the way.
But this requires something that our information and attention-obsessed culture doesn't teach us.
It requires faith.
Faith in your own process,
Faith in your body's wisdom,
Faith in your soul's journey,
Faith that you don't need to know everything to heal.
Now let's explore something together.
Let's explore the ancient art of listening to your own inner guidance now.
Now you may have your eyes closed already at this stage.
If not,
You can close your eyes for this part.
Without thinking about it,
Without trying to get it right,
Let your awareness settle into your body,
Not to fix anything or analyze anything,
Just to be present with what is.
Now notice where your body feels open and expansive,
Where it feels tight,
Where it feels neutral.
You're not trying to change anything.
You're just developing a relationship with your body.
A relationship with your own inner landscape.
Now from this place of simple presence,
Ask your body,
What would help me feel more at peace right now?
What would help me feel more at peace right now?
What would help me feel more at peace right now?
And now listen with your whole being.
The answer might come as words,
Sensations,
Or a knowing.
It might be something simple,
Like taking a breath,
Or stretching your arms,
Or placing your hands on your heart.
Just trust what shows up.
This is your inner healer speaking.
This is your soul's wisdom offering you exactly what you need.
No research required.
No validation needed.
Simple,
Profound,
Knowing.
In a world that profits from your confusion,
Choosing simplicity is a radical act.
In a culture that thrives on insecurity,
Trusting your inner wisdom is revolutionary.
In a system that wants you to believe you need external solutions,
Remembering that you are your own healer is the most rebellious thing you can do.
Your healing doesn't need to look like anyone else's healing.
Your spiritual practice doesn't need to match any influencer's morning routine.
And your nervous system regulation doesn't need to follow the latest trend.
You have ancient wisdom running through your veins.
You have divine intelligence beating in your heart.
You have a spiritual guidance system flowing through your breath.
I want to invite you to come home to yourself.
To step out of this healing marketplace and into your own sanctuary.
Trust the answers that you seek are in the quiet moments when you remember to listen.
Let me offer you a simple practice,
Simplest practice that I know.
Every morning,
Before you check your phone,
Place your hands on your heart and ask,
What does my soul need today?
What does my soul need today?
What does my soul need today?
Listen,
Trust what emerges and follow that guidance before you follow anyone else's.
Every evening,
Before you sleep,
Place your hands on your heart and ask again,
How did I honour my inner wisdom today?
How did I honour my inner wisdom today?
And celebrate any moment,
However small,
When you chose your own guidance over an external authority.
This is not another thing to add to your healing to-do list.
This is an invitation to remember that you already have everything you need for healing.
You just need to create space to listen.
I want to now give your body the permission you've been waiting for.
Permission to stop trying so hard to heal.
Permission to trust your own timing.
Permission to ignore the healing noise and listen to your own inner voice.
Permission to be exactly where you are without needing to be anywhere else.
Permission to heal in ways that look nothing like what you see on social media.
Permission to trust that your body knows what it's doing even when your mind doesn't understand.
Your healing is sacred.
It's not a competition to win or lose.
It's not a project to complete.
Your healing is a conversation between you and your soul,
You and your body,
And you and the divine intelligence.
Everyone else's opinion is just noise.
Everything that you have brought in today,
All the words that have resonated with you,
All the beliefs and energies you may have shifted,
Just keep that and let that alignment happen.
As we prepare to close this sacred conversation,
I want you to feel this in your bones,
In your cells.
You are not broken.
You do not need to be fixed.
And you are not behind.
You are not doing it wrong.
You are a perfect expression of divine consciousness having a human experience.
Your healing journey,
With all its messiness,
All its setbacks,
All its confusion is sacred.
Every step has been necessary.
Every detour has carried wisdom.
Take a moment to appreciate yourself for having the courage to pause,
To listen,
To remember.
You don't need any more information.
You need more trust.
You don't need any more techniques.
You need more faith in your own process.
You don't need more healing.
You need more remembering of who you are.
Welcome home to yourself.
The wisdom you've been seeking has been waiting inside of you all along.
I hope that this journey,
This exploration,
These words,
This vibration was helpful.
Thank you very much for joining me.
Namaste.
