This meditation takes you on a journey to finding and feeling safety, security and protection within your own body. It is an open ended meditation, taking you to a place of deep grounding and allowing you to decide for yourself how long you wish to stay there. It encourages you to open up your intuition and tap into what your spirit and body needs.

Let's take a moment to arrive here together.

Take a moment to connect with your breath and settle into your body,

Making any final little movements,

Preparations to be absolutely comfortable wherever you are.

Gently closing down the eyes and just becoming aware of where your breath is at,

The natural rhythm.

When you feel ready to do so,

Join me in taking a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Letting the body settle again where it's at.

And let's take another deep breath in and hold and let it go.

Now I want you to now bring to mind an intention for this meditation whilst we are gathered here today,

Something that feels present in your mind.

You don't have to overthink this.

Just trust the first thing that comes.

Now I want you to imagine that you are in a peaceful place.

It could be somewhere you know,

Or it could be somewhere in your imagination.

Take a minute to arrive here and settle in and just notice what surrounds you,

What can you see,

What can you feel,

What can you hear,

Where does your attention naturally want to explore.

Just allow yourself to go there now.

Now notice that there is a place for you to lay down,

It's a perfect place,

It looks so inviting,

So peaceful,

It's a place of safety,

Comfort,

Warmth,

It's a place where you can feel totally at peace.

Just imagine yourself making your way over to that place and gently laying down or sitting,

Whatever feels best for you right now.

Just notice as you connect with whatever is underneath you,

Whatever is supporting you.

Just allow yourself to feel its strength,

It carrying you and holding you.

Now notice your breath,

Is there any part of you that is holding tension,

Holding stress?

And if there is,

Just bring your awareness to those places,

Very gently,

Just give them some love and send your breath to those places and allow yourself to let it all go.

Now I want you to gently wrap yourself in a protective layer of warmth,

Of comfort,

Cocooning yourself and imagining that wherever you are right now is engulfing you in a layer of protection.

You are held,

You are safe,

You are so welcome here and you are exactly where you need to be right now.

Just take a minute here to fully immerse yourself into this safe place,

Letting any tension,

Any stress just leave on your exhale and just know that you can stay here for as long as you want and you can return here any time that you need some comfort,

Some warmth or a sacred space just for you to feel safe again,

To feel safe within your own body,

To feel held,

To feel protected.

Just know that whilst you are here your angels are gathering,

Just become aware of their presence,

They are watching over you,

They love you and they are telling you to take all the time that you need and to stay here for as long as you wish and this is where I'll leave you now,

In your cosy cocoon with your angels watching over you and allowing you to feel at peace.
