Clearing And Recalibrating Your Energetic System

This simple energy clearing practice is designed to clear all conscious and unconscious energy from your system and your auric field. You are constantly stepping in and out of systmes throughout the day, whether you realise it or not. And what can happen, if you are not aware of it is, that you can end up carrying other people's energy around with you throughout your day. This means that you can unknowingly be living your day to day life, with a clogged up field, therefore meaning that you are not living in your true alignment, and rather, you are living with other people's energy infiltrating your system. This can lead to unwanted experiences/thoughts/feelings and can attract in misaligned people/places/things. Use this simple practice daily, to make sure you are operating from your own powerful energy field, and not from a place which has been unconsciously polluted by other people's energy.

Meditation for recalibrating your energetic system.

Let's begin by taking some really nice deep breaths in.

You can place a hand over your heart if that feels good for you.

Begin really settling into the body and bringing the breath down into the heart center and now becoming really aware of your hips and pelvis.

If you're familiar with the chakra system,

Your root chakra and with intention sending the breath down to this area,

Down to your hips,

Your pelvis,

Your root chakra.

It's really important whenever we are doing any kind of work with energy for us to be fully in the body.

And so gently feel the weight of your hips and pelvis,

Your seat.

You can give a little wiggle if that feels good for you.

Begin tuning into this area because this is said to be the seat of manifestation.

Keep taking some nice deep breaths in and now I want you to bring your awareness to your energetic field.

So we all have an energy field around us.

It can stretch out for around four feet around us in every direction.

So really tuning into your energetic field and with intention repeat either out loud or quietly in your own mind.

My intention is to clear all energy from my energetic system,

From my auric field.

Keep breathing through all of this and simply witness how your energy is feeling when you set this intention and you're clearing clearing clearing out all energy.

All energy that is not yours to carry.

Because as we operate through the world throughout the day even at night if you are sleeping next to somebody you are actually stepping into their energetic system and they are stepping into yours.

And what can happen throughout the day is we actually step into many many different energetic systems and if we aren't aware of this what can happen is we end up carrying the energy of others in our system and a lot of the time that energy is misaligned energy.

It's not ours to carry.

And so what this practice is helping us to do is to really keep our energetic field very clean and clear.

It's very important whenever we are manifesting,

Whenever we are on this path of self-discovery it's very important that we are operating from a very clean and clear place.

We're taking nice deep breaths in and now setting the intention.

My intention is to clear all energy from my energy centers.

We have nine energy centers according to human design and for many of us we will have open energy centers.

Which simply means that we can be a little more susceptible to absorbing other people's energy.

So again this practice is really important for cleaning and clearing our energetic system in order to make sure that we are operating from a very very clean and clear vessel.

And now taking your attention to the third eye chakra,

The place between your eyebrows on your forehead.

And with intention again my intention is to release all mental energy from my system.

And take some really deep breaths in into the brain,

Into this area whilst holding the intention to clean and clear and release all energy from this area.

Releasing all mental energy.

And I invite you through all of this practice to really tune into and witness how you feel.

Witness those subtle shifts in your energy,

In your cells,

In your system.

These are all signals to you that you are releasing this energy.

You're recalibrating your cells.

You're setting yourself up for success.

And this is a practice that you can do throughout the day multiple times a day.

I really invite you to get curious and to really practice this for yourself adapting it in any way that you feel you need.

And becoming more conscious of the energy of places,

The energy of people that you come into contact with from a place of curiosity rather than any kind of judgment.

And when you keep doing this you make this a conscious habit.

Things begin to shift for you very quickly.

And this work is so helpful especially if you are very prone to absorbing other people's energy.

This is a really useful practice to make sure that you are not living your life with a clogged up energy system that is full of other people's energy that really means that it's not serving you.

And so to recap,

A very simple way of doing this is to take some deep breaths in.

Become aware of your hips and pelvis,

Your root.

And with intention,

My intention is to clear all energy from my auric field.

My intention is to clear all energy from my energy centers especially my open energy centers.

My intention is to clear all mental energy.

And this doesn't have to make sense to you.

It's okay if this doesn't fully make sense to you.

Know and trust that to your soul this makes perfect sense.

Your soul is responding,

Your energy is responding.

And by placing a hand on your heart whilst doing this you are also calling in universal energy and higher self to assist you with this process.

Okay taking some final deep breaths in.

Really tuning into and noticing how you're feeling now.

How does your energy feel?

And again you can adapt this in any way you feel is relevant for you.

And begin practicing this throughout the day multiple times a day.

And very soon you will begin to notice some subtle,

Some maybe bigger shifts happening in your experience of life.
