Welcome to Narwada Tetra. I am Arisha, Your guide, Your mentor. And today we are going to go deeper. We are going to find the ultimate answer. Of a very ultimate question. Who am I? So take your seat, Sit comfortably. Do not bother about your oceanic body. Be relaxed. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe on. And close your eyes. Just gently close your eyes. Now I am putting diet in front of you. Imagine sitting right in front of you. I am with you. And today we are going to explore. The ultimate answer. Of the ultimate question. Who am I? What is your true identity? Breathe in. Be grayed out. Breathe the positivity inside. All the positivity around. All the happiness which is scattered in the air. You are a God of the happiness. You are filling your lung. We work the upper limb. Just try to be there. And greyed out. Everything which is given to you. You have a live right here. You have an identity. There are certain relationships You are associated with There are. People are out. Who calls you a friend. There are people We're calling many things. But every identity. Dirty thing. It is given to you by someone. Not even your name. It is also given by Sandhya. In our last session, I have beauty. In that case, We have reached the point There. You and I both have seen it. Whatever it changes. Is not the real answer of why. It is not the real answer or the ultimate question. Who am I? Just go deeper. A look and a. . . It is right there. The real answer of who am I? It is not something. . . You can find out that. You just have to go deeper. You are not the mind. You are not the body. Everything you love, It changes. Your kid, Your body. It moves like a chair. When it was called. Your internal air. It had gone up. You have gone. During that time, You had grown up stolen. You cannot even identify yourself. Many years have passed. And at this moment, Whenever you look back, It felt like a telemetry. Akhilema Vichar. Experienced by you. There were many characters in that film, In that movie. Devote character thoroughly. Your family, Your friends. You're off that good job. No big net. Yourself. They all made it then. You are the lead character of your movie. And every setup. It is a massive setup. But yet a math engine set up just for you. Just for you to believe. You are not an airplane. That is real. But don't think. Deep inside you. Come to this challenge. Everything is like a moon. Everything is like that, Zeke. Breathe in. Breathe out. It's looking better. That'll work every day of it. What is the ultimate reality? The ultimate reality is the nature. It is fountain of happiness. It is fountain of joy. But for you to reach there. You have to empty yourself. With all such false identities. That you have always carried around. You are not the name. You are not the body. You are not what people call you out there. You are not. Founded by any population. You are this free, Long self. On the body than experience. You are the dreamer. And everything effectively. Ask a question. What do I look like? Who is actually listening? Your brain can better view. The identity. The identity is false. Even your brain. Yeah. Hiding itself from you. You are the experience of and your mind is also kind of an experience. You are experiencing that brain also. That activity is known. Whatever is going on. Like my wine. You are not lithium. You are experiencing. The tactile equilibrium. Your body is your food. Your mind is calculated. On everything. It's just an appeal. This experience is happening and you are the one who is experiencing. Your mind is imagining something. The mind is saying something to you. But you are not listening. This body is breathing. You are experiencing the flow of freedom. That breathing is the life. But you are experiencing to the top. The mind is imagining Kabbalah. All imagination. Everything is like an app. Thank you for the experience. The act is followed. Large experiences. For experiencing. All that's kind of that. Water world or water world happening. Deep Madan. Your pain, Your sorrow, Your joy, Your happiness. You're a monster. Everything is kind of an experience. Let's make it experience by you. The body says, I am the creator, But even your body changes. The one who changed it. Is not the ultimate truth. It is the only mantra. When you find, When you try to look, When you try to find. The ultimate answer of this question. Who am I? Whatever answer. Your brain gets to. . . Just watch that answer. Do not fear. Do not accept and do not reject. Just watch that answer. And verified. Effective changing. A gloom caterpillar tree. Breathe in. Breathe out. Just try to be them, People. I'll be down. I remember. Whatever is happening right now. It is all kind of experience of this. And you are the ultimate experience of everything.
