There are times when life feels overwhelming.

There is too much on the go,

Too many people relying on me,

Too many bills to pay,

Not enough work,

Too much work,

Looming deadlines,

Exams demanding children,

Partners or bosses.

The anxiety and stress wells up and it feels like I'm going to drown.
