Accept what is.

A mindful minute.

Life doesn't always go as planned.

And when things go awry or can't be controlled,

It can result in lots of distress and anxiety.

Don't we just love to control everything,

Plan every detail,

Eke productivity out of every second?

When that bus is late or the product is faulty,

It can be tempting to see it as hugely negative and disastrous.

But what if?

What if we just pause for a moment and accept what we cannot change,

What we have no control over?

Then maybe we will see the gift,

The realization that it was meant to be this way and accept what is.
