Today is a gift,
And it is a gift to the universe that you are a part of it.
Take in a deep breath through your nose,
Inside out through your mouth.
Give yourself a moment to find a comfortable position.
Find length in your spine and openness in your chest and your heart.
Relax your jaw and the muscles around your eyes and begin to bring your attention to your breath and how your breath feels in your body.
The gentle rise and fall as you breathe in and out.
Settle in and notice how your body feels this morning.
Areas of stiffness or discomfort as well as areas of openness and ease.
Not judging,
Not changing,
Just being aware and in tune with your body.
And just allow your body to feel exactly how it feels.
And begin to feel in your body the idea that you are capable of handling with presence anything this day may hold.
And begin to feel in your body that you are in this moment without changing anything.
You are enough.
You are whole.
You matter.
You are loved.
There is nothing that needs fixing.
Just by you being exactly who you are right now,
You are making a positive impact on the universe and the people around you.
Inhale and repeat in your mind,
I am.
Exhale and repeat in your mind,
Enough.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.

Exhale enough.
I am enough.
Continue breathing in this way and begin to notice how this statement feels in your body.
I am enough.
How this feels in your muscles,
In your face,
In your mind.
It's okay if you feel resistance.
There is no need to judge yourself.
And if you've been telling yourself other stories,
See if you can put them aside.
You can recognize that you are not your thoughts.
And see if you can feel the truth of this statement.
You are enough right now.
Right here.
Without having to change anything.
You deserve to feel kindness and love towards yourself.
Imagine a feeling of wholeness filling your body as you breathe in and out.
This feeling begins to spread from the top of your head down your face and neck and shoulders.
This feeling of wholeness spreading down your arms into your hands and fingers.
Feeling your chest and abdomen.
Feeling this wholeness in your legs,
Down to your feet and your toes.
Inhale I am.
Exhale enough.
And with intention,
Breathe these words into the areas of your body that feel tight and restricted.

You don't have to have everything figured out.
Just being here,
Breathing in and out is enough.
You have the capacity to give love and receive love.
You are enough.
