Held Through the Night is a 10-hour soothing ambient soundscape created to support deep, uninterrupted sleep. Gentle layers of sound move slowly and continuously, offering a calm, steady presence that helps the body relax, the mind soften, and the nervous system feel supported throughout the entire night. This track is ideal for overnight sleep, deep rest, and nighttime relaxation. It can also be used for gentle meditation, restorative yoga, nervous system regulation, and moments when you need a sense of ease and safety in the background. The sound remains even and consistent, making it well suited for staying asleep without disruption. I often play this soundscape as I go to sleep and let it carry me through the night.
