Spacious and slow meditation for all folks to tune in to what is happening in the now. We begin by connecting with the breath before releasing all control and noticing what arises, accepting and allowing life to take place around and within us.

It can sometimes take a while to get to where we'd like to go.

And bearing that in mind,

I'd like to invite you to take a few minutes here with me.

And before we get started,

Taking any movements that you need to,

Maybe preparing your space,

Silencing your phone,

Closing the door,

Attending to any physical demands that your body needs to satisfy before settling in.

And in our time together today,

We don't have any complex visualizations or multi-step breath practices.

Those definitely have a time and place.

And for today,

We're going to find an ease and a gentle,

Tender approach to our nervous system and our only task for our time together is to be here now.

Noticing in your space,

Any sounds,

Any objects.

Any company,

Human or otherwise.

Finding a soft awareness of your breath.

Finding soft awareness of the weight of your body,

Wherever you are.

Finding a soft awareness of the mind.

Allowing the attention to be drawn wherever it's drawn.

And simply noticing.

Nothing to do.

Just experiencing whatever you're experiencing.

Allowing life to live as it's living.

In whatever space you find yourself in.

Maybe even finding a gentle relaxation into being here now.

And maybe finding a gentle compassion if that's just not possible today.

If there are sensations and thoughts that are unpleasant that are arising.

Knowing that that's okay too.

Being aware of the sounds.

Being aware of your space.

Being aware of your breath.

You're welcome to stay here for as long as you'd like.

Really existing wherever you are.

I will be signing off now.

I will see you again soon.
