Come into your space.

Find a position that works well for you today.

I would greatly recommend lying down if today is a day where you're feeling a bit dysregulated.

Really any position will do.

As we settle in,

I'd like to set the intention for today to be all about finding support.

This can be deeply challenging for many of us and even more so now during our time of quarantine,

Isolation as the pandemic continues.

It can be difficult to remember that no matter what is going on,

We do have internal support and we do have external support.

So if this is something that you have been unfamiliar with in the past year or even longer,

May you find my voice a helpful guide to introduce yourself into even the briefest moments of feeling support.

As we settle in together,

I would like to take three deep breaths with you before releasing our control.

So whenever you're ready,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Seeing if on our subsequent breaths we can really extend the inhalation and extend the exhalation.

Maybe finding a sigh.

And when you feel complete,

Taking some gentle movement in your body wherever you are,

To settle in and just to notice where you are contacting the earth or contacting the surface that you're sitting or lying upon.

Noticing areas of pressure being aware of the texture contacting your skin.

Being aware of the temperature of the surface,

Its density,

Its resilience.

Noticing the draw that gravity has.

Feeling the experience of the true water in your body.

You mayensible graduations of Linus or Feeling the contact through your bones.

Maybe even noticing a slight settling.

Becoming aware of the quality of how this surface is holding you.

Its solidity.

Its receptivity.

Its unyielding presence.

And noticing the breath.

And any other stronger sensations that are coming up for you,

Indicating how your system is responding to being supported in this manner.

Giving permission to whatever is arising.

Whether it's pleasant or unpleasant.

Consciously inviting it into your experience.

And holding in equal attention the consistency of the surface that you are contacting.

And the pull of gravity into that surface.

Resting here.

Resting in the experience of being in contact with the stability.

Thank you for joining me.

You're welcome to stay here as long as you'd like.

Know that we are all part of the same field and the support that you are feeling now is always at your disposal.

To return to whenever you need a moment.

Or several moments of support.
