Bring your awareness to your physical body,
The sacred temple that carries you through this life,
Through this physical world.
And feel your feet anchoring into the earth beneath you,
Balancing the weight in your left foot,
Moving it to your right foot,
And then finding your place and balance in the center.
And bring your hand to place it on your belly.
And be aware of your breath.
Be aware of how you're breathing right now in this moment.
And feel your intention to be anchored in this beautiful physical being that you are,
Anchored in your body,
Grounded and here now in this life and in this moment,
Present to your surroundings and present in your own world on purpose and divinely aligned.
And as you hold your hand on your belly,
Bring your focus to your breath,
To your inhale.
And as you draw in your breath,
In your inhale,
Feel yourself breathing in slowly and deeply to the count of seven.
And then holding your breath to the count of seven.
And exhaling to the count of seven,
Slowly exhaling to the count of seven.
And holding your breath out to the count of seven.
And continuing this flow of breath,
Inhaling slowly and deeply to the count of seven.
And holding your breath for the count of seven.
And exhaling to the count of seven.
And holding your breath out for the count of seven.
And inhaling again to the count of seven.
Holding your breath for the count of seven.
And exhaling slowly to the count of seven.
And holding your breath out to the count of seven.
And dropping your hand,
Feeling your crown chakra open.
And feel pure divine light pouring down through the center of your being.
And flowing through your crown,
Flowing out of your base,
Flowing into the earth beneath you.
And feel as you breathe gently into your being,
Feel yourself present within your body.
And take a moment to call every part of you into this moment in time,
Into this time and space.
Every part of you that needs to be present here and now.
All of your energy,
Your awareness,
Calling it into this moment in time.
And as you breathe in now,
Feel yourself breathing it in,
Integrating and anchoring into your energy.
Every part of you present in the here and now,
Grounded and centered in your being.
In a way that's divinely aligned for you.
And when you're ready,
Have a stretch.
Feel your body moving in pure alignment and presence.
