I allowed my work to dictate how I feel in every aspect of life. It was just in January 2020, when I was diagnosed with cancer at 38 years old that I realized how fragile life is and most importantly, what is really important to me. Facing mortality has changed me deeply In this powerful practice, I invite you to join me in facing our mortality from a safe place to help you realize what is really important to you.

Hello,

In this powerful practice,

I invite you to join me in facing our mortality from a safe place to help you realize what is really important to you,

What makes your life meaningful and worth living.

At the end,

I hope you'll be living with a broader perspective of your life and the beauty that lies within you.

Now focus your attention on here and now.

Receive your breath for a few moments.

I will guide you through a few questions that I hope you give yourself space,

Openness and trust to let your feelings grow inside of you.

Feel it deeply and reflect upon them.

Don't deny any feeling or emotion and if you don't have an answer,

Don't worry,

It may come up during the practice.

You are safe.

Just feel it.

What makes you wake up every morning?

What moves you out of your bed to face your day?

What gives you more energy on a daily basis?

What are the activities,

Moments and situations that you feel empowered,

Happy and satisfied during your day?

What is your guiding star?

What are you looking forward to?

Who or what helps you navigate the complexity of your life?

Now if you only had 24 hours to live,

What would you do?

Remember where you are right now.

What would you do in the next 24 hours?

How would you spend your last day of life?

Who would you want to be with?

Who would you call?

Where would you go?

What would you do right now?

Remember you only have 24 hours,

Nothing more.

Now I invite you to come back to this moment.

Feel the emotions you are having now.

Remember those people,

Those places and the actions you would do in the last 24 hours of your life.

Feel the love they have for you and that you have for them.

Realize how important this is to you.

Embrace the love you are feeling right now.

You are safe.

You are sound.

You are healthy.

You are here.

Now I invite you to reflect upon what you have learned about yourself and your priorities.

What is really the most important things in your life?

After this practice,

You may feel a need to talk to your loved ones.

Don't let it pass.

Pick up the phone and let them know how much you love them and how important they are in your life.

Remember,

You are safe,

You are loved and you are important to this world.

If you want to explore more or need additional assistance,

Don't hesitate to send me a message.

Thank you for this moment.
