
Why Should You Practice Heart Coherence?

Most of us spend a lot of time in our heads.
Thinking,
Analysing,
Trying to move forward in life with logic.
But the heart operates very differently.
When you shift your attention and breath into your heart space.
Your nervous system begins to settle.
Your body softens.
And from here,
You can move out of stress and survival and into calm and regulation.
This is called heart coherence.
And this can actually be measured.
It is a very real thing.
From this state of heart coherence,
Something very cool and interesting happens.
Your perception of life completely changes.
You become more sensitive to subtle signals.
Your intuition.
To which choices feel aligned and which don't.
Decisions made from the heart never feel forced.
There's more of a sense of knowing deep down that.
It is the right choice to make.
When you decide from your heart.
This is also the state where you start to notice more synchronicities in your life.
So these moments where things seem to line up effortlessly and guide you towards what you are trying to manifest.
The right idea.
The right person.
And the right opportunities.
All showing up without any resistance.
Now,
I want to be really vulnerable here and kind of Let you know what's been going on in my life.
About a month ago,
I broke up with my long-term partner.
And we were actually overseas at the time.
So just like that,
My entire world.
And future.
Changed.
I had to fly back to Chiang Mai.
Pack all of my things.
Start contacting a ton of real estate agents.
To check out new properties because I needed to move.
Very quickly.
And as you can imagine,
This was.
A lot of not just financially stressful because you know.
How much money is involved in moving and new bills and internet setup and three months.
Rent in advance.
But also the emotional and.
.
.
Community side of it.
Because I basically lost all of our common friends.
So I found my soul.
In a country where I have no family.
Really completely utterly.
So these two things were really weighing on me.
Financial pressure,
Which I had not predicted.
And also this.
Sense of being very alone.
Having that lack.
Of community.
And when you are so sad like this.
It's difficult to pick yourself up but what I found myself in.
Practicing every single day.
Because it is so easy and so powerful.
Is this?
Heart-focused breath.
And I have to tell you,
It's been a month since I've been practising that daily.
And both of the things that I had wanted to manifest.
The financial side and the community side,
Have really found their way into my life.
Out of nowhere,
I received two more one-on-one client requests.
For online clients.
And also in-person clients started to reach out to me.
Here in Chiang Mai requesting chiropractic adjustments.
Even though I haven't been active here on Insight Timer with live streams.
I noticed that people were donating.
Just based off the tracks that they were listening to.
On the other side of it the community side I felt myself very drawn to go to particular events.
And from here,
I kind of met my people And all of a sudden,
I found myself with a really.
.
.
Full social calendar.
And all of this shifted within one month of practicing.
This heart-focused breath.
And really dropping into my heart and body and making decisions.
Base from my heart.
Not my head.
And regulating my nervous system.
Not allowing myself to drop.
Into that kind of despair.
So this is what I want to share with you guys today because it has really,
Really helped me in the last month of my life.
And here on these live streams,
I use inspiration from my life.
And from my clients' lives to pass on to you guys because who knows?
Who else needs this practice?
So from this state of heart coherence that you're going to drop into today.
Your body can heal more efficiently.
Your mind can quieten.
Your nervous system shifts into regulation.
And you can start living your life from a much more grounded,
Connected place,
Which I really believe.
