Feminine energy lives inside all of us,
Whether you're a man or a woman.
It's the energy of softness,
Intuition,
Flow,
Creativity and receiving.
Many of us spend a lot of time in our masculine,
Doing,
Pushing,
Leading,
Controlling,
That our bodies become hard,
Tight and tired.
When I moved from living in my masculine to living predominantly in my feminine,
My entire life changed.
Instead of forcing,
I began flowing.
Instead of pushing,
I began receiving.
Instead of holding tension,
I began softening.
Today we're going to use the pelvis as an entry point into activating our feminine energy.

It will all be done seated,
So dim your lights,
Find a comfortable seat on your sofa or the edge of your bed.
Place your feet flat on the floor and let's begin.
Rub your hands together,
Gathering your chi.
When your hands are warm,
With a little bit of moistness,
Take a deep inhale.
And as you exhale,
Place them over your lower abdomen,
Right under your belly button and feel the energy flood your pelvis.
See your pelvis as a bowl,
Ready to be filled with abundance,
Creativity and sensuality.
Take a slow inhale through your nose.
Imagine your breath as warm,
Glowing water,
Pouring gently down your spine,
Flowing past your heart and down into your pelvic bowl.
With every exhale,
Soften your body.
With every inhale,
Feel the warm water flowing downwards,
A gentle stream filling the bowl of your pelvis.
Each breath gathers more warmth,
More softness,
More relaxation.
Bring your awareness to your now almost full pelvic bowl.
Let's begin with small movements of this bowl.
On the inhale,
Gently tip your bowl of water forwards,
Letting the warm water roll towards the front.
On the exhale,
Tip the bowl backwards gently,
Letting the water flow towards the back.
Inhale,
Tip the bowl forwards.
Exhale,
Tip the bowl backwards.
Now,
Let's begin with slow,
Soft,
Effortless movements.
Continue breathing and moving.
Feel your lower spine and hips becoming fluid,
The opposite of the rigidity that comes from staying in the masculine for too long.
Your body knows and remembers how to move like this.
It is natural,
Ancient,
Divinely feminine.
Now,
Begin to draw slow,
Small circles with your pelvis,
As if you are swirling the water around the bowl,
Never letting it spill.
Explore this movement.
Let your spine and hips gyrate.
Small circles,
Smooth circles,
No rush,
No force,
Just a warm,
Sensual,
Flowing movement.
A divine dance of creation.
Now,
Loosen your entire body and let this circular movement ripple up your entire spine.
Move your chest.
Let your shoulders soften.
Fully relax your neck and let your head move with abandon.
Entire body circling,
Swirling,
Flowing.
This is how feminine energy activates,
Through softness,
Through curves,
Through allowing.
When we live in masculine energy,
The hips tighten,
The pelvis becomes rigid and flow disappears.
These circles bring you back,
Back into your body,
Back into your softness,
Back into your feminine body.
Reverse the direction,
Letting the water swirl the other way.
Feel where your body wants to open.
Enjoy the sensations flowing through your body.
Now,
Let your circles become smaller.
And smaller.
Bring your body back to its neutral position naturally.
Clasp your hands behind your back.
Straighten your elbows and let your hands rest on the surface behind you.
Breathe.
Open your heart,
Your chest and look upwards towards the ceiling.
Breathe.
Open your body to receive.
Feel an abundance of energy enter through your chest and completely flood your body.
Notice how good this feels and allow yourself to smile.
And now release your hands,
Relax your body.
Place your hands gently over your lower belly.
Feel the warmth you've created.
The flow of energy moving through your pelvis and hips and how that softness spreads through your entire body.
Your chest,
Your throat,
Your face.
Breathe into the warmth.
Breathe into the softness.
Breathe into the flow.
As you move throughout your day or night,
Notice how your body moves,
How your hips now sway when you walk,
How your movements are slower,
Softer,
And more gentle.
How you smile more easily.
