Lemurian Activation Light Language Meditation

In this channeled meditation, we connect with the beautiful Lemurian beings of light and take you back to remembering your own divinity. Showing you the part of you that is ready to step out into this world again, filled with love and light. The courageous you that is ready to emerge once again.

So today we will be journeying back to Lemuria,

Back to a sacred space where we will reconnect with all of the beautiful pieces,

Facets of you as a divine soul,

Right now in this moment.

So I'm going to ask you to find a quiet space,

Make sure that you have a few moments available to not be disturbed,

To just immerse yourself completely into the energies of the meditation that we will be doing today.

And just allowing yourself to really tune into that part of you that hasn't been seen for such a long time,

That part of you that is wanting to be remembered right now.

The energies are calling us back,

It's calling all of us our gifts,

These beautiful amazing frequencies and codes that we carry within ourselves,

It's calling back to all of that.

So by going on this journey with me today,

Allowing yourself to completely open up and to relax into all of this,

We open up a doorway,

We open up your vision,

Your awareness and your connection back to this part of you,

Of your essence.

Right,

So let's take a few deep breaths in to start.

So first we're going to work with the count of four,

So closing your eyes now,

Making sure that you're comfortable,

Pause the recording if you need to,

To find a quiet space,

Put on some headphones if you can and just take a seat and really make sure that you're properly comfortable right now.

So we're going to start with some breathing,

So taking a few deep breaths in,

So as we gently,

Gently start breathing in,

Visualising yourself really breathing into your belly.

So as we go in to the count of four,

So in two,

Hold two,

Four and out two,

Four and we just take a small pause and then in two,

Four and pause and pause and one last time,

Beautiful and I just continue to gently and rhythmically breathing in and out as you listen to me guiding you today and as I start by opening up the sacred space for us,

Calling in all of the beautiful guides,

All of the energies that we'll be working with today and as I open the sacred circle now,

And as we invite in all of the beautiful energies for us to connect with,

We ask that we be safe,

Protected in this space working together today,

Only allowing in what is for the highest good,

Knowing that everything that comes through here is completely wrapped in divine love coming from source.

And as we stand here together now,

I invite you to bring through any of your guides,

Your own guides that you'd like to accompany you today on this journey,

Anyone that you feel you want to have with you and just know that they are there walking this path with the two of us together.

So as we now start moving,

Through this beautiful landscape filled with trees,

Tropical flowers and just standing here gently,

Step by step,

Starting to walk through this lush environment,

So much green,

Reds,

Yellows,

Beautiful blue skies,

Allowing yourself to come with me,

Allowing yourself to relax into this feeling,

Just following my voice,

Knowing that I will take you exactly where you need to go today.

And as we're walking through this environment,

Feeling the warm air on your skin,

And we walk through deeper and deeper into this jungle.

And as we walk,

You can see the beautiful pyramid of light in front of you,

The ancient temple,

Visualizing it rising up,

High up into the sky.

And as we make our way up the steps of this pyramid of light,

This old ancient Mayan temple,

Seeing yourself step by step,

Walking towards the top,

And as we are halfway up the stairs,

I invite you to turn around,

Just taking a deep breath and knowing that the next step you take,

We start opening up our consciousness,

Opening ourselves up to receiving information,

More light,

More codes,

Becoming aware of all of it,

The connection between everything.

And as you look over the landscape surrounding you right now,

The sense of peace,

The sense of trust,

The sense of knowing,

That you are ready to step back into the energies that has been waiting for you here for a long time.

Knowing that you are ready to receive exactly what you need to receive today.

And as you start walking again,

Further and further up this beautiful pyramid,

You feel yourself getting lighter,

Feeling your energy,

So much more tangible,

Your body moving slightly,

Swaying a little bit.

As you start immersing yourself in this higher vibrational energy that surrounds you,

You allow yourself to step into this field of energy,

This quantum field of energy,

This field of light,

Making your way up,

Right to the top of the building.

As you stand on top of this temple now,

Planting your feet firmly on the ground,

Visualising yourself now,

Putting your hands up into the air,

Reaching up,

Up,

Up into the sky.

And as you stand here on top of this temple of light,

Directly facing the sun,

Your hands outstretched,

Invite in the new,

Invite in all of the energies that is waiting in your field,

In your specific field right now.

Into your energy field,

Allowing it to move down through your crown and through your arms,

Starting to form a beautiful vortex of energy throughout your entire body,

And as this light starts spinning faster and faster and faster,

You're fully anchored to this temple,

You are fully anchored into the energies here,

And you can feel this light moving around your body andra ki alarase kundaku riti ate.

And as this light starts,

As all of the cells start expanding,

The beautiful part of you that wants to step forward,

I want you to take a moment,

And see this beautiful image of light toroshi anda in front of you unfolding,

This part of you that has been waiting,

To be felt,

To be seen,

Take a moment to see yourself,

To really truly see yourself in the beauty and the magnificence and the divinity that you hold within yourself,

The light that you hold within yourself,

This part of you that has been waiting to be remembered and acknowledged again,

And as we invite that into your light body now,

Back into your heart,

Seeing how that comes through into your heart space,

Feeling that settling into your body,

You are here to bring this light into the world,

You are here to shine this,

Never dim this,

And this light has always been part of you,

You just chose to not see it,

You chose to hide it away,

But allow yourself now as you move forward into the new energies,

To reveal this part of you to the world outside,

As we release all of the judgement around this part of you,

As we allow this part of you to be bathed in the light of divine love and acceptance,

And all of the fears that you might feel right now about revealing this part of yourself to yourself,

I want you to look at them,

Look at those fears,

And then feel this light,

Look at those fears and realise the insignificance of the fears compared to the light that you carry,

How the fears are a created construct by your humanness,

By society,

By your family,

By your loved ones,

By the people around you,

And how you chose to take on that fear,

And this light that you carry within you,

It has a courage to it,

It has a beautiful brave brave part of it,

So big,

So filled with love,

That none of those fears can withstand the light,

And when you tune into this part of you,

This piece of you,

When the fears want to come back,

And you really feel this within you,

This light within you,

You diminish all the fears,

You allow yourself to step through them,

To be brave,

To be courageous,

Because this light is now,

This light is you,

This light is your beautiful soul,

Wanting to speak up,

Wanting to shine,

Wanting to connect,

Wanting to be,

To be in the energy of love,

To be in the energy of joy,

To be in the energy of expansion,

To be in the energy of realness,

To be in the true energy of feeling everything,

Even if it feels hard sometimes,

Even if it hurts,

You are so brave,

And carry this light within you now,

It is part of you,

Use this light to create what you feel within,

That deep knowing,

That deep deep knowing,

That you have had that little voice in the back of your mind,

That's been telling you,

We need to try this,

We need to do this,

Allow this light to illuminate that again,

That peace of you that wants to be seen and experienced by this beautiful world of ours.

And as we pull in the energy of strength,

The energy of love,

The energy of peace,

The energy of joy,

And as we create this beautiful safe space around you,

Knowing that you are guided and protected by your heart,

By your soul,

By your inner being,

By all of these loving pieces of yourself,

And I also want you to become aware of all of the other beings of light around you,

I want you to become aware of your ancestors,

I want you to become aware of your guides,

I want you to become aware of all of the light beings from the stars,

From the earth,

They are all here,

Because you are here.

God I send,

You are not walking this path alone,

You are not shining this light alone.

And as you stand there,

Become aware as you look out into the world,

Become aware of all the other light workers out there,

Become aware that there are so many beautiful souls out there,

Just like you,

Every day having to be courageous,

Having to be brave when they wake up every single day to make sure that light shines.

So allow yourself to take inspiration,

Allow yourself to be inspired by the courage of those that walk this earth,

And to take that energy and to use it to inspire yourself to shine.

You are so beautiful and you are so brave.

And as the beautiful divine beings of light now pull the light back into them.

Connected to the energies,

Connected to all that is.

You are in strength and in love,

And as you now slowly give your thanks to all of the beautiful beings of light that assisted today,

And as you turn around and stop making your way down the steps again,

And as we get to the halfway mark of the steps,

Becoming aware of how you are stepping out of this high vibrational frequency,

How you are stepping yourself back into this realm,

Back into this 3Dness of you,

Back into your body,

Back into the room,

As you slowly start walking down the last little bit of the stairs,

All the way down,

And as you make your way back to the point where we started from,

As you move through the jungle,

Right back to the point where we started from,

And seeing yourself firmly with your feet on the ground,

Knowing that you are back in your body,

And as I call up the energies from Mother Gaia now,

Straight back into your heart,

Grounding you back into this earth,

Feeling yourself fully present in this moment,

Start wiggling your toes,

Start moving your fingers,

Becoming aware of your head on your shoulders,

Becoming aware of your arms and your legs and your body,

And as we now call in,

All of the beautiful energies to thank these energies again.
