In this important time of leaning into balance, we are often stuck in old ways of thinking, doing and being. The Universe is calling for us to start connecting to all the parts of us. Bringing ourselves back into balance once more. Letting go of rigidity and allowing ourselves to feel and see into opportunity and expansion. Working with the energies of Mother Gaia and channeling her language of light to help us open our consciousness and remember who we are.

So welcome to the very first meditation on my brand new podcast called Soul Lead.

I'm very excited for this and I would love to today start looking into transitioning and into moving from our old ways into new ways.

So what led me to this is I have been getting quite a bit of nudging and information in my own life about needing to move into new directions,

Hence obviously why this podcast is shifting into the format that it's taking now and me listening.

There is a very big push at the minute for us to start unlearning our old ways,

The ways that we used to show up,

The ways that we used to show up in our lives,

In our relationships,

In our businesses,

In our expression as humans.

A lot of us have become a little bit stale in it.

We've sort of been in that space where we're really holding on to old ways of doing things that just isn't serving us.

One of the things that came up very strongly for me was the old patriarchal ways of showing up in the old ways that we used to do things and now how we can start softening into new ways and taking on a balance of the energies.

So if you can imagine that before you were functioning in a very rigid driven,

Extreme fashion and now what the guidance is,

What's coming through is really about starting to bring the softer side into merge with that.

If you think about the period that we are in now,

We're literally sitting between a lunar eclipse and a solar eclipse.

If you think in the old way of how we used to think about energies,

We've got the lunar,

The feminine,

The dark,

We've got the sun,

The masculine,

The light and we're kind of right in the middle of those two energies at the moment.

So what if we are to start working with both of these together?

What if we actually start feeling into the balance that we can create with these two pieces of ourselves,

Like the merger that we can create?

Because moving into balance feels like a huge theme for 2022.

But the only way that we can move into balance is if we let go,

If we allow ourselves to start feeling what the other side feels like.

So for me,

I've been running my business in quite a patriarchal way for a long time.

And over the last few months,

I've been shown what it feels like to run it in a much more feminine way,

In a much more letting go way,

All of that.

And all of those things feel really good to me,

But now it's time for me to bring it together.

So what I want to do in the meditation today,

Is I want to ask you to start thinking about places where you are rigid,

You're feeling stuck,

You are literally being very black and white about things,

Anything in your life,

It can be a relationship,

It can be your relationship with yourself,

It can be in your business,

It can be in any part of your life.

But I want you to take a moment to think about where there is rigidity in your life.

Because when we move out of the rigidity into the flow,

We can then feel what both sides feel like.

And we can start thinking about how to merge those two.

Okay,

So this is a bit of a step by step process.

This is what the guidance that came through.

And I'm like,

Okay,

Because we don't just move from one state to another,

We transition.

And then we can start going,

Okay,

What feels good from this state?

And what feels good from this state?

And we bring both of those together.

But our first step always is to move out of the rigidity and into flexibility and to flow into softness.

Okay,

So we're going to take a moment now as we're busy breathing,

I just want you to start connecting with rigidity,

Just start feeling,

Even if I say the word rigidity,

What does that feel like in your body?

Where in your physical being,

Do you feel rigidity?

Okay,

So for me,

It's always like my feet,

My legs,

It's about like the way that I move,

Right?

And it might feel quite rigid.

So my body is telling me,

Okay,

The way that I'm stepping into life,

The way that I'm stepping on the earth.

So where for you is it?

Is it maybe in your neck,

That you're keeping a lot of tension in there in your arms and your body,

Maybe your belly,

Maybe you're keeping a lot of tension in your stomach area.

So just start feeling like where in your body is the rigidity.

Okay,

So we're going to start doing some breathing now before we go into the meditation.

And just allowing ourselves to just connect with our breath.

Okay,

So I usually like to start by doing a few deep breaths in and out before we actually open the circle to do the meditation,

The guided journey today.

So I'm going to ask you to take a few deep breaths in for me.

So how I usually like to do it is I will breathe into the count of four,

And then I'll hold it for four counts,

And then I'll breathe out for four counts,

And then hold that for a few counts,

And then start the circle again.

So in for four,

Hold two,

Three,

Four,

Out two,

Three,

Four,

Hold two,

Three,

And in two,

Three,

Four,

Hold two,

Three,

Four,

And out two,

Three,

Four,

And hold two,

Three,

Four.

So you just continue to keep breathing now,

Beautiful circular soft breath,

Allowing yourself a few moments now to be with me,

To take some time out for this meditation for yourself,

To focus on you a bit today.

And so visualizing yourself fully present here with me now,

Present in the room,

Present in your breath,

In your own energy,

Just becoming aware of everything that's happening inside your body right now.

Right so what we're going to do is we are going to open the circle now,

Call in all the beautiful guides,

And then just create a safe space for us to work in today.

And as we open the circle now,

I'm calling in all the beautiful guides,

Divine beings of light,

All the energies that need to work with us today,

That has to work here in the sacred space with us.

Please allow yourself to step forward now.

And for those of you who haven't worked with me before,

You will hear me speaking in different languages throughout the meditation today.

This is me channelling light language,

This is the beautiful languages of divine energies,

Divine source,

Of different energies that we get to work with.

And this is just another expression,

Another way of bringing through these energies.

And they get to work really deeply within our beings,

Within our subconscious minds,

And within our energetic fields as well.

So keep on just breathing,

Breathing,

Breathing.

And as we now start our guided meditation,

Visualize yourself standing right next to me in front of a beautiful big,

Big forest,

Huge forest.

And in front of us,

So many trees,

Beautiful blue skies up ahead.

Visualizing yourself following me down the little pathway in between the trees,

Looking at the ground,

Looking at the trees,

Looking up at the sky,

And feeling yourself very much present in this moment right here with me.

And as we start walking now further and further,

Deeper and deeper into this beautiful forest,

Feeling yourself relaxed and calm and excited for the journey ahead.

And as we walk further and further,

Deeper and deeper,

We see a big clearing in the middle of the forest.

And as we walk further and further,

The forest.

And as we walk towards the clearing,

It becomes very clear that there is a beautiful stone circle in the middle of this clearing.

And as we start counting stones,

We see that there's nine stones.

And this is a beautiful sacred space that we get to work in to connect with the energies.

It's a beautiful vortex.

And we can go in there with permission,

And then start working with the energies.

So as you see yourself now walking all the way to this beautiful stone circle,

Following me right into the circle.

And as we thank this place,

Yara Seputu,

This beautiful energy portal for allowing us in,

Yara Singulushi.

Visualize yourself now taking a seat right in the center of this circle.

Yara Singulushi.

And as you sit yourself down now,

Dadehi Alang Yara Se,

Sa Singulushi.

We start calling in the energies of Mother Gaia now.

Dashi Andatu,

Firmly grasp you,

Hold you onto the ground here.

Make you feel safe,

Make you feel supported,

Held by her energetic arms.

Those beautiful,

Beautiful arms of light that gently folds around your body.

And as you sit there feeling safe and secure,

And the connectedness with her,

Visualize me now sitting right in front of you.

And as we start to look up at each other,

Connecting our energies now,

Visualize yourself placing your hands on your knees with your palms facing upwards.

And let's place my hands on top of yours.

And we start to share energy.

Ra Singulushi Ki Haras.

And as we do this,

Siase Koroshi Andalasi.

Feel how your whole body is relaxing.

And as I ask you now to put into your mind,

The resistance.

Think about that resistance that's coming up within you.

Think about where you are rigid,

Where you really need to look at changing.

Then I want you to go into your body now.

And I want you to feel that good and proper feel that rigidity within you.

Feel that pain that it's causing.

Feel the discomfort.

I just have to feel it.

You're safe here.

You're held.

And just allow yourself to feel into rigidity.

And so now,

The beautiful energies of Mother Gaia to start swirling around us here as we sit.

We're just allowing them to move around very gently,

Very gently.

And as you sit there now,

Taking your attention to the space between the bottom of your ribs and your navel.

So,

Right there,

A little bit underneath where your solar plexus would be.

Placing your hand there right now.

And as you place your hand there,

Bring all of your attention right into the center,

Into your belly,

The top of your belly there,

Into your stomach.

All of your attention there.

And then as you're sat here,

Start seeing this little flame burning brightly from the inside of you.

Allow that energy,

That flame,

Give it some attention.

And then,

Stuck that fire within your belly,

Allow that to go bigger,

Bigger,

And bigger.

Here is your there,

And even bigger.

Into your arms,

Into your chest,

Your legs.

See the analogy even bigger.

And as that becomes bigger and bigger and bigger,

See how that light,

That golden light that you are creating within yourself.

See how you are taking all of that rigidity and running that light straight through it.

See how brittle it becomes.

See how it responds to that heat,

To that light.

See the softness that you create to that concept of rigidity within your life.

And your body,

As your body starts to say yes to these energies,

The flowing energies,

The beautiful,

Beautiful energies of letting go.

Seeing how it feels within you.

If you say goodbye to this rigidity,

Allow yourself to surrender into the light just for this moment.

Feel what your body feels like.

Feel how your heart expands.

Feel how all the tension drains from your being.

And see this beautiful light,

This golden light that you are working with that is all over your body in every single cell.

How it starts slowly,

Slowly moving up your spine.

And as it moves up your spine now all the way to the top of your spine,

Where your skull meets your spine.

Here,

Out there.

Going through the beautiful doorway of your causal and into your brain.

And see how it starts to slowly descend on your brain,

This beautiful light.

See how it starts mixing with the old patterns,

The old thoughts,

The old brainwaves,

The old,

The old disconnected ways,

The old rigid ways.

And just allow this light to bring everything into a beautiful rhythm.

Your whole brain,

All of your thoughts.

See how your beautiful brain waves just become in sync,

Working together,

Feeling the feeling of opening,

Of open,

Of flow,

Of expansion.

And as we invite in all of the new possibilities today,

All of the new ways for you to look into the way that you show up in this world,

Inviting all of that openness.

Yes,

Yeah,

Expanding your consciousness now to allow in even the unthinkable,

Even the stuff that you've never even thought about.

As we open you up now to receiving these beautiful answers for yourself.

These new ways of being as we invite them all in.

So invite them to land into your field,

To your beautiful energy field.

As we invite them to make themselves known to you today and going forward.

So the guides are saying that when you are walking somewhere and you get hit with a brand new idea,

You get hit with a brand new idea.

When you're sitting somewhere staring out the window and something new hits.

When you're busy driving in your car and something new hits.

As you're busy washing the dishes or folding the clothing and something new hits,

Allow yourself to be in that.

Opening up your portal ways,

Opening up your expansiveness to inviting in these new ways of being.

And as you find this information,

As it drops in and as it presents itself to you,

Allow yourself to see how you can start weaving together these new ways.

How you can create beautiful balance into all that is available to you.

Because you are connected into this stream of consciousness.

You are connected into this field.

And it is all governed right from the center of your being by that beautiful light that you hold within you.

And so if you allow yourself to tune into that light whenever you need it,

Pushing it out into the world,

And all the answers will find you.

Pull,

Drop as it needs to.

Ah,

Se koro se li amate,

Ngi atre kia.

Beautiful.

Okay,

So let's see you just keeping this little light on within your body.

No need to pull anything back.

And we're just going to stay in this light today and allow yourself to stay in that.

Your doorway to the possibilities of the universe.

And just knowing that this light charges all of the cells in your body.

It is so responsible for connecting with your physical body.

Knowing that you are fully in charge of all these beautiful energies.

That you are a magnet for absolute miracles and magnificence.

Ia raasen dalai kia tere.

Right,

So as you visualize yourself now starting to get up,

I want you to take a moment and thank Mother Gaia for her beautiful energy today.

Thank her for reigniting the light within us again.

For helping us to remember what it feels like to be soft,

To be in flow,

To be open and receptive.

But also thanking yourself for the rigidity that you did introduce into your life for a long time.

Because it served you in some ways that you might not see right now.

Ia raasen koro shiake.

But having compassion for yourself as we move out of this space today.

And understanding that each and every one of us are constantly learning about ourselves,

About new ways to show up in the world,

About parts of ourselves that we've never seen before.

And so if you allow yourself to just be open to all the new possibilities without wanting to hold on to the past,

Without wanting to hold on to the future,

Being in the magic that is right around you,

Woven around you in every single moment of every single day.

Allowing yourself to be in that.

Ia raasen koro shiake sande haute.

Thanking my beautiful stone circle.

Thanking Mother Gaia,

Ia raasen koro shiake.

And as we now start to make our way out of the stone circle,

All the way back into the beautiful forest.

And just taking a few deep breaths and visualizing yourself walking yourself back into this dimension,

Back into 3D again.

Pulling all of the bits and pieces of you together that needs to function in this reality,

In this life.

Knowing that you are energetically prepared to go out and to receive and to have some fun with all of the newness that is awaiting us.

All of the beautiful unknown.

And now as I'm skipping back to the point where we started from,

And you following me,

Let's plant our feet deep,

Deep into the ground.

Let's hear ourselves really,

Really solidly putting our feet down.

And as we put our feet down,

We ask Mother Gaia to hook us properly back into this third dimensional reality,

Back into this moment,

Back into the room,

Back into where you are present right now.

And koro shiake.

And as I close the circle now,

Te reishianga se rose kiyala remindiata eroshi kiyana erosia varasikiyala imushuku rosyan deleki.

And thanking all of the beautiful energies,

Mishi o koro se ke,

For being with us today.

And you can gently start by swaying your body,

Moving your hands and your fingers,

And just coming right back into the moment.

Open your eyes and allow yourself to take a few deep breaths in and become present.

Okay,

Pashi o koro se lash.
