Welcome beautiful divine soul here with me Yolandi today on our journey to activate the Lemurian light body and I'm really excited to share this activation with you and I ask that you make sure that you are nice and comfy as we embark on our journey together today.
So during our time together I will be speaking various different languages and if you are not familiar with light language then this is your first introduction to that and this language these languages that I speak are basically to connect you to different frequencies and it is a translation of higher vibrational frequencies that you will receive within your bodies within your spiritual,
Mental,
Emotional,
Physical body and where this lands is exactly what your what your person needs right now.

Okay right so so as we start together I want you to find a comfy space to sit down or lie down whatever feels good to you today.
Feel yourself really really in your body so just see all of the places and spaces that you were giving your energy out today.
See all those threads of energy running into things that you needed to remember,
People that you interacted with,
Things that you needed to worry about and I want you to visualize how you are gently pulling every single thread of your energy back into your body right now.
As you pull all of this energy back just feel yourself in your body right now really connected to your physical form to your humanness as we are here together today.
Take a deep breath in and just drop a little bit deeper into your body and so as we start to call upon all of the beautiful guides today,
The divine beings of light,
The teachers,
The masters and all of the angelic beings that needs to walk with us today,
The ancestors that needs to support us today asking that all of this energy that comes through today that it is for the highest good that we are fully protected as we journey together into the unknown realms.
Knowing that whatever comes through today is also directly from divine source that it is literally divine love flowing through us as we transition into the realms today to receive these energies,
These codes to be activated within your body and allow all of this to flow exactly where it needs to flow within you.
So as I prepare now to open our circle I'm just asking for this beautiful divine protection and surrounding us through our entire entire journey.

Right so just take a few more deep breaths in and I want you to visualize yourself now with me standing on a beautiful island in the middle of the ocean and there's beautiful beautiful trees and plants and animals and birds and insects everywhere.
Right in the center of this forest of this island forest there is a very very high mound and on top of that high mound stands an ancient ancient temple.
Now when I connected here earlier today I asked my guides what this is,
Where this is and this place holds the magical energies of the Lemurian era,
The Troiakala Shikurusuwa and as we step into this magical space into this beautiful sacred space today we allow ourselves to open up to these energies.
So visualizing yourself now bringing with any guides that you feel appropriate,
Any ancestors that you want to bring with,

Visualizing yourself now walking with me through the jungle,
Through this beautiful jungle and as we walk deeper and deeper into the jungle we start to climb the steps up to the sacred temple and every step that we take we feel our bodies getting lighter,
Feel this beautiful pull of the energies up towards the top of this mound and as we walk up up up,
Feel your body becoming light and all the way all the way up to the top and as we step into this beautiful earth temple,
Columns everywhere,
We can see the sky,
You can see out to the ocean literally right in the center of this island and we are viewing this entire ocean around us.
Visualizing yourself now going to sit right in the center of this temple and as you sit down,
See yourself placing your hands on the ground as well and visualize these beautiful beautiful energies that is running here on the top of this mound that is just underneath our feet under the ground like golden threads of energy swirling and moving around,
The energies of the earth underneath us and what we're going to start now with is first by connecting ourselves energetically back into the core of the planet.
So right in the center of this planet,
This beautiful beautiful shining star sun energy that is moving this planet,
That is holding this planet,
That is the heart of our great mother and seeing that energy now right in the center of the planet,
See how we call that energy up,
There's a thread of golden light that comes right from the heart of her and see that moving through the deepest depths of the planet,
Through the lava,
The caves and the cabins and the beautiful rivers and seas and the masses of crystals and rock and sand,
All of the amazing elements that she holds within her mantle,
We see all of that light passing through these aspects of her,
These layers of her,
That she is so beautifully curated across centuries,
Centuries and billions and billions of years,
All of this coming together and eventually right there is what we call the Earth Star Chakra,
As we allow that light to wrap around this part of your energetic body and infuse the light of the great mother,
Literally pull all of your energy closer to her and as you are creating this beautiful connection back to her today,
I want you to become aware of that stability that you are feeling in your body as we move this golden energy now up into the root and feel that energy moving slowly,
Slowly up your spine right now,
Start visualizing that energy creating a beautiful column of light within the center of your body,
A pillar and as it moves slowly,
Slowly up your spine,
All the way up,
You can feel yourself really rooted in Togaya and as that energy moves all the way up,

Up,
As it enters your skull right now and it creates a beautiful,
Beautiful web of light into your brain that anchors you right back into the planet and you can feel yourself solid and stable,

Really deeply rooted within her,
Cells in your body happy to be feeling her again,
To be remembering her again,
Knowing that this cord never ever goes away,
Sometimes we forget that it's there but this cord as we lit it up today,
The deepest remembering of your body is happening right now.
You feel that strength within your body,
That stability within your physical body,
Feeling yourself properly rooted as I call upon the ancient ancestors of this sacred space,
As they start to form a circle around you sat here in the middle of this temple,
Shoulder to shoulder,
They stand and as they kneel down,
Placing their hands on the earth right now,
As they chant the energies as they call upon the rainbow energies of this land,
The rainbow energies of Lemuria,
Those energies of unity to wake up again within the lands here and as they call these energies up,
They start to send it through the ground,
Anchoring into the earth star for you again,
And as we move this energy now right up into your root we allow that energy to move slowly,
Slowly down your legs right to the tips of your toes into your hips those ancient bowls of remembering,
Your hip bones we allow this energy to go into the bones into the leg bones,
The knees,
All the way down to the feet we allow this energy then to move into your belly into what we call the sacral area into the bones of your back,
Into every single organ,
Into the depths of your cells right now as we move that up into your ribs,
Into your back,
Those shoulder blades into your lungs and your heart and all of the organs and you feel that rainbow light filling up your whole body and as we move that up up through your chest into your shoulders,
All the way up your back we allow that energy to run down your arms into your bones all the way down right to the tips of your fingers feeling that rainbow light starting to spread into every fiber of your being right now and as we move that energy up into your neck where your throat is and right to the space where your skull meets your spine we allow that to move through into your jaw,
Into the depths of your jaw right into those bones into the skull,
Into the third eye right into the center of your brain into the cerebellum every little bit of your brain right to the top of your skull and your whole physical body now becomes a vehicle of rainbow light and as we start to now see how we push this energy out into all of your bodies into the mental and emotional body that massive massive field of energy that you carry around your body just push this out you can see how it moves right now into the spiritual bodies right to the edges,
Right to the edges of your bodies seeing yourself as this beautiful rainbow light being right now feeling that unity every single cell in your body calling in the deepest remembering the remembering of your connection to the planet all of the birds and animals all of the beautiful insects all the creatures and the sea and the sky and on the land every single living thing the crystals,
The water the fire,
The air,
The trees all of the plant life the beautiful networks of energy between all of the species on this planet right back to the deepest remembering of her being our great mother Gaia that birthed every single part of everything that you see,
Feel,
Hear,
Experience here on this planet feel that energy all around you all around you allow that gratitude to drop into your heart right now allow that deep knowing of the miracle of life the miracle of you,
The miracle of us as a planet in this hostile environment that is space she has managed to create a safe space for us to be she has managed to birth a place that we can call home so as you feel that sense of home deep in your belly right now that sense of safety that deep knowing okay so just allowing all of that energy to go exactly where it needs to go whatever needs to be unlocked for you today whatever messages you need to receive right now allow that to settle in your heart this beautiful energy is available to all of us you can return here anytime this remembering is in our bones,
