Atlantean Wisdom Connection Meditation

A meditation journey into the realms of Atlantis.  We journey to the crystal Atlantean Temple to work with the energies of the wisdom held in this sacred land.  We also work with the Priests to reconnect your heart of wisdom.

This is Yolande Bossoff and welcome to my Atlantean Wisdom Connection Meditation today.

So first we're going to start just by taking a few deep breaths in and just making sure you find a nice space where you can relax,

Just sit back and take the next few minutes to journey with me.

So we'll start by just breathing in slowly and allowing yourself just to come into your body right now.

So leaving behind everything that you've been thinking about today and just taking this moment now to reconnect with yourself and your beautiful soul.

So as we take this time to journey together we will be entering the beautiful higher realms and during our time together you will hear me speak in different languages as I channel light language during this transmission for you as well.

So light language is really beautiful energies that come into your space,

Into your energetic field and do exactly what you need at this point in time.

So just allow the words to flow over you even if you don't understand them.

There's a deep soul resonance there that is occurring within your energetic field.

Right so as we sit here together now taking that beautiful deep breath in and we start by calling in all of the guides,

Masters,

Teachers,

Divine beings of light that needs to be with us today.

I'm asking for divine guidance as we journey into the higher realms today.

I'm also going to ask for divine protection for our time together.

Everything that comes through that it is for the highest good and completely and utterly supported by divine love and the divine heart.

So as I open up the circle now.

So as we start our journey together today,

Just allow yourself to be guided by me.

Don't worry about what you see or what you feel.

Just relax and follow my voice and journey with me today.

So as we stand here in front of us now,

A beautiful white staircase leading up into the higher realms.

And as we start to take the first step,

We move higher and higher along these beautiful steps.

And every single step that we take into the higher realms here,

You feel your body relaxing.

You feel this sense of comfort and ease within your being.

And as we walk higher and higher,

And you start feeling lighter and lighter.

And we walk our way right all the way to the top of the staircase,

To the big entrance to the beautiful doors.

And as we push the door open now,

And we step through,

I invite you to take a moment to stand here with me in this doorway and look out at this beautiful land in front of you.

This magical place,

This place of the higher realms,

This place that we call Atlantis.

And as you look across into the distance,

You see so many beautiful,

Beautiful crystal temples everywhere.

And you can see the city walls,

And you can see everything in front of you.

And there's a small pathway that leads us to a little temple with a domed roof.

And you can see that there's four corners to this temple,

Beautiful pillars anchored into the ground.

And as you get closer,

You see that this crystal,

This milky white crystal is reflecting the sunlight.

And you can see the floor of white crystal as well.

And we take the few steps right into the center of the space.

And as you sit down and make yourself comfortable in this beautiful crystal,

I want you to become very aware of your body at this point in time.

I want you to really feel yourself set upon this crystal.

And as you look down,

You can see the sun reflecting on the crystal around you.

This little temple has no walls.

It's only got these beautiful columns,

These four columns that's keeping up this domed roof.

As you sit on this crystal,

It feels like the energy around you is alive,

Like there's magical golden bursts of light happening all around you inside of these crystals.

And you feel your body relaxing and opening up right now.

And as you allow yourself to become And as you allow yourself to become aware of your Earth Star Chakra now,

Being embedded inside this beautiful white crystal,

And you can feel that golden snake-like energy coming and surrounding this vortex of energy,

This vortex of your own Earth Star.

And you can feel this energy circling up and gently starting to move up upon this column of energy that runs through your entire body,

Right from above your crown all the way down into this crystal bed.

And you can feel this energy now slowly,

Slowly moving and snaking its way up into your root,

And past the beautiful sacral solar plexus,

And this energy stopping inside your heart right now.

And as you connect yourself to this land,

To this energy that is snaking through this sacred land,

This sacred land,

And you allow yourself to be seated here,

To be connected.

And as we call in these energies now into awareness,

And as these wise energies of these lands speak now,

They make me aware of the energetic importance of your wisdom of your heart right now,

In these times that we are living in.

When the civilization started out,

They knew that the way forward would be to live through the energies of their hearts.

And they programmed the wisdom into the crystals here,

Into their temples.

So as we move now into our heart space,

And you can feel that awareness of the expansion of the ability of your heart to connect to the wisdom,

And to receive the guidance.

So as your heart space is expanding,

Relax your whole body,

Just breathe into this energy coming,

And feel your heart space getting bigger and bigger and bigger right now,

Until your heart space fills the entire sphere of energy that surrounds your body.

And allow your heart to be open.

And the guides are showing me now,

That it's not just here in this land where the wisdom lies,

But when you are back in the 3D,

You get to connect with your own land,

And pull on the wisdom of your own land.

And if you travel to sacred places and spaces,

Connect with your heart to these places as well.

So no matter where you find yourself,

Your heart becomes the receptive vehicle,

The channel,

To pull up the wisdom,

And process it through your heart space now.

And as I can see,

These beautiful ancient priests stepping forward now,

Placing their hands on the back of your spine,

Where your heart is,

The back of your heart,

Just feel that energy now.

Stabilizing as they send all of the healing required by your heart space right now,

To fully receive the streams of love and wisdom that this planet has to offer for every single one of us right now.

Allow yourself to receive this healing energy.

Okay,

From these beautiful beings of light.

And as you connect all of the poles of your heart,

And the directions of your heart,

Into a beautiful conscious union,

That sits within your center of your being right now.

And just allow this energy to settle within you.

We take a moment just to integrate this energy into our physical beings.

And feel your body anchored,

This wisdom in your heart,

This portal way of wisdom,

Ready to receive.

So take a moment now to think of something that you need to ask.

Something that has been on your heart,

Been playing around within you.

And just take a moment to ask that question right now,

As we are in this space of receiving.

Ask your question,

And then take a moment to receive,

No matter what it is.

And just allow that message to settle that message to settle into your consciousness,

Into your heart.

Just take a moment to be in the magic of these energies,

Of the sacred space,

These sacred lands.

And as we take these intentions now back with us into the 3D realm,

Intention of working from our heart space,

Working from the wisdom of the land,

Allowing ourselves to listen through our hearts,

To move through life by trusting,

By trusting our own hearts again,

And the wisdom that we carry within ourselves.

These beautiful divine beings of light are here to assist you to trust that voice again,

That wisdom again.

And just allow yourself to receive.

And as we now slowly prepare ourselves to leave the sacred space,

I want you to take a moment to thank the beautiful divine beings of light.

Thank the energies of this magical place,

The sacred spot.

Thank the energies of this land.

Thank your own physical body,

The receptivity and the willingness to receive.

Thank your beautiful soul for greeting you and guiding you always.

Right,

So as you see yourself now standing up and giving your thanks,

We turn around and we start to make our way out of this sacred space.

So we are now walking back to the beautiful doorway that we came in through.

And just turn around and take a last look at this sacred space.

And as you make your way through the door and you close the door behind you,

And you now start to walk slowly,

Slowly down the beautiful steps.

And every step that you take,

You walk yourself back into your body.

You walk yourself back into the room,

Back into 3D,

Back into the space.

And you walk all the way back to the space where we started our journey from,

Placing your feet firmly on the ground.

And as the earth now pulls us back into 3D,

Back into our own realities,

Back into the land,

Back into the space where we sit today.

I'm asking the earth to make sure that we are fully grounded,

Our energy is fully grounded in her.

And I'm also going to take a moment to thank again all of the beautiful energies that joined us today.

So much gratitude.

Thank you for showing up for yourself.

And as I now close the circle.

And as you slowly start to move your body again,

Move your fingers and your toes,

And becoming aware of yourself here,

And your groundedness,

And your human body.

And I want you to just be aware of taking some time to integrate this energy,

Making sure you drink some water,

And just giving yourself time to let this all settle into your beautiful energy field,
