Close your eyes and allow your body to become still.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhaling with a sigh as you feel your whole body relax.
Take another deep inhale,
And this time,
As you exhale with a sigh,
Feel your body relax even more.
Let go of any holding in your body,
In your mind,
In your heart.
Bring your awareness to your face.
Open your mouth as wide as you can,
Taking the tip of your chin towards your heart.
Keeping your mouth open wide,
Angle your chin to the right and to the left,
Straight back down towards the heart.
Now take the tip of your tongue and touch it as far back on the roof of your mouth as you can,
Flattening the bottom of your tongue against the top of your mouth.
Now let that go,
Allowing your tongue to float in the tongue bed,
Your jaw softening and relaxing.
Allow your eyes to fall away from your eyelids,
Cheekbones broadening from side to side,
Softening the inside of your ears and the outside of your ears,
Feeling either side of your face melt like wax towards the earth,
Your whole head relaxed and heavy.
Feel your breath entering through the nostrils and water falling to the lungs,
Widening your throat front to back and side to side.
Bring your awareness to your collarbones and feel them broaden and as they broaden the shoulders sink to the left and to the right and the heart lifts,
Feeling sit bones and heels sinking down into the surface beneath you.
Feel your body deeply relaxing as you let go.
Allow yourself to receive this intention.

Begin to feel the pace of your breath,
Allowing the breath to slow to a leisurely pace and allow it to be the internal metronome for your whole being,
Nothing in your body,
Including your mind and thoughts,
Moving any faster than your breath.
Whole body beginning to slow down,
Beginning to notice the space between thoughts and as you go to the top and at the bottom of each breath and the breath stills,
Let the thoughts still as well,
Shifting from thinking and doing to simply being,
Feeling and allowing.
Begin to trace your inhales through the soles of the feet to the crown of the head,
Tracing exhales from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet.
As you inhale,
Feel vibrant,
Healing energy flowing from your feet to your head,
Permeating every cell of your body with healing light.
With each exhale,
Feel your body getting rid of stale emotions and energy of pain and disease,
Letting it simply drain through the soles of your feet,
Inhaling health and vitality,
Exhaling all you no longer need.
Change the pattern slightly,
Trace your inhales from your ankles to the crown of your head,
Trace exhales from the crown of your head to your ankles.
All the awareness is on the breath,
Letting this process of inhaling and exhaling cleanse and rejuvenate the body.
Now trace inhales from knees to crown,
Exhales from the crown to the knees,
Vibrant light,
Healing breath coming in.
Now trace inhales from hips to head and trace your exhales from the top of your head to your hips,
Exhaling,
Letting go of all you no longer need,
All that no longer serves your body,
Your mind,
Your heart.
Let your next inhale arise from the from the navel and travel to the crown of your head,
Allowing exhales to travel from the crown of your head to your navel,
Feeling yourself become more deeply relaxed with each breath.
Now trace inhales from heart to the crown of the head,
Trace exhales from the crown of your head to your heart,
Feel the heart center glowing,
Radiant and alive.
Now trace inhales from the base of the throat to the crown of the head,
Exhales from the crown of the head to the base of the throat.
Allow your next inhale to come from eyebrow center to the center of your head,
Exhale from the center of your head back out eyebrow center,
And as you do release the awareness of the breath and simply sink back into the stillness beneath body and mind.
Deeply relax,
Letting go of any need to change,
Control or manage anything.
Feel your whole being held in healing light,
Nothing you need to do,
Nowhere you need to go,
Just bathe in the healing energy surrounding you.
As we move through the body,
Bring healing light and energy to that place,

Now let that go as you exhale breath from the body.
Feel your whole body energized,
Radiantly alive,
Refreshed,
And ready to go.
Feel a sensation of being energized throughout your whole body.
Bring both the feeling of being tired and being energized into your awareness,
Feeling each sensation separately and together.
Bring the sensation of weakness into your awareness,
Weakness of mind,
Body,
And spirit,
Feeling limited,
Unable to move forward with all you'd like to do.
Feel the sensation of weakness throughout your whole body.
Now let it go with an exhaled breath and fill mind,
Body,
And heart with a sensation of strength,
Your whole being strong,
Empowered,
Capable.
Feel the sensation of strength throughout your whole body,
Weakness and strength.
Bring both sensations into your awareness,
Experiencing each separately and together.
Feel your whole body filled with radiant sensation,
Your whole body a vibrant energy field.
Feel this energetic self beyond the confines of your physical form,
Radiating outward in every direction.
Allow yourself to be freed from your physical form,
From the past and from the future,
To simply exist as radiant energy right now.
Bring your intention into your awareness again.

Allow this intention to go to the deepest levels of recognition within you.
There is nothing more you need to do about it.

Feeling yourself rise to the surface of awareness,
Feeling the touch of the air in the room as it touches your skin,
Hearing sounds inside and outside the body,
Noticing scents and tastes,
Bringing awareness fully back into your physical body.
Take a deep inhale and let the exhale reach fingertips and toes as you begin to introduce movement,
Maybe moving the muscles in the face and expanding movement,
Bending and stretching,
Turning your head from side to side,
Maybe drawing your knees in and rocking left and right,
No hurry,
And eventually roll to your right side,
Resting your head on your arm and allowing your knees to curl towards your heart.
Bring your intention into your awareness one more time.

Know that regardless of what you consciously recognize has or has not changed,
Something deep within you has shifted to connect you with this intention.
Feel how relaxed your body is,
How still the mind is,
How soft the breath is,
Feeling the reassuring beat of your heart.
Know that this place you've come to is the elemental part of you and you can come here again and again.
