Many couples practice tantric breath work to feel connected to their partner on a higher level. Tantric techniques help to form close, intimate contact and allow you and your partner to explore each other’s bodies. You both can discover what you really like and you can teach your partner along the way. Tantric breath work is meant to be slow and satisfying, and sessions are typically quite long. Many people aim at putting off climax to enjoy the closeness and intimacy as long as possible. Inhale deeply and slowly, then exhale and empty out your lungs. Repeat this until you have rhythm. The goal with tantric breathing is to breathe deep enough to start to feel sensations. Music by Zen Meditation Planet, Tantric Sexotherapy Making love.

Transcript

Laying flat on your back and let go of tension.

As you breathe,

Arch your back and lift up your pelvis.

You can repeat this to create a rhythm and feel yourself letting go of stress and starting to connect with your body and your emotions.

Inhale deeply and slowly,

Then exhale and empty out your lungs.

Repeat this until you have found a rhythm.

The goal with the tantric breathing is to breathe deep enough to start to feel sensations.

So starting with a big deep inhale,

Slowly exhale emptying out your lungs.

Breathing in,

Slowly arching your back,

Lifting up your pelvis.

Breathe out,

Coming back down with your pelvis.

Finding and creating this rhythm,

Breathing in.

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Keeping this movement flowing,

Keeping your breath flowing.

If you want to bring your hands down to your pelvic area,

Connecting your hands.

Keep breathing,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Keep being in this moment.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Keep flowing.

Notice how this energy is moving through your body.

Feeling connected,

Feeling connected to your body.

Feeling connected to your pelvic region.

And either keep going or slowly start to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes and come out of your tantric breathing.
