Symphonic Gong

20 minutes of gong to instil balance and relaxation by listening or meditating with headphones or good speakers. We start with the unique sound of flumies drawing us in before moving to working with mallets in a slow but increasing heart beat. Overtones and harmonies of the symphonic gong carry us deeper. We move to 3 specific points on the gong playing at increasing intensity, rising and falling before returning to the heartbeat and so to rest. Follow the sound of the Gong and lose yourself.
