Welcome to this 5 minutes You Are Enough meditation.
We all have times when we are feeling less than or triggered by anxiety.
Meditation is a wonderful way to connect to yourself anytime you need to.
In today's meditation,
We will practice using a simple mantra to cultivate acceptance within.
Set yourself up in a comfortable position at which you see high enough so you feel rooted in your legs and tall through your spine.
Once you settle in,
Go ahead and close your eyes or gaze softly downward towards the tip of your nose.
And we'll get started.
Begin to turn your awareness inward.
Notice how you feel inside today.
Whatever you feel,
Whatever you find,
It's all okay.
Practice greeting yourself without judgment.
You don't have to change perfect or control anything about yourself right now.
Allow yourself to be just as you are.
Notice how you feel.
Allow yourself to be without needing to change anything.
To fully embrace yourself.
On your next inhale,
Say silently to yourself,
I am here.
Exhale,
I am enough.
Inhale,
I am here.
Exhale,
I am enough.
Continue to breathe and stay with this mantra.
The world needs you just as you are.
Inhale,
I am here.
Exhale,
I am enough.
What would it be like to accept every part of yourself?
To explore that possibilities and breathe into that.
Begin to sense yourself in the space around you.
And as you're ready,
Slowly flip your eyelids open and take in your surrounding just as they are,
Just as you are.
