Thank you for this recording. After the 1st few breaths i started to experience long yawns at the top of each inhale. The constant yawns were very weird but it alleviated my extreme mid afternoon tiredness, probably caused by a sinus infection and lack of sleep for a few days.

Perfect rhythm for my breathing. Only things would be to maybe stop the counting halfway through once people get used to the flow, using the chime as the queue.

I’ve been struggling really really hard (especially this week) to calm my mind/body down from this heavy anxiety. This medication helped me IMMENSELY and I feel a lot more centered right now. I needed this so much, thank you 🙏🏽
